Site still not working for pre-sales tix...

Loaded the page. Shows 400+ available but there's no where to checkout. It says "Quantity NA"

For me it says they are unavailable because they are all with other customers, looks like they all got claimed in about 30 seconds.

Doesn't seem likely when it took almost 2 hours to sell the first 1500~

Also it actually showed the quantity when I pulled the page up...

I had two tickets and then the site decided I didn't have them. You guys really need to go with a different website next time SE.

It went instantly unavailable for me right at 5:00 pm.

There's reason why the rest of the world uses Ticketmaster for this kind of thing. I never even heard of this Eventbrite before until today.

Not sure why this is so hard to get right...They probably cheaped out with the event site. Why not just do it on their own servers? -_-

My husband and I have been trying since they went on sale earlier today, then when they resumed sales jumped right on and tried to get two tickets. I was told unavailable, he got in. He was only able to purchase one, with no option for multiple tickets. :(

Like Illya said, why didn't they go with Ticketmaster?

Update: Now sold out. We both spammed with my promo code and were never able to snag one for me. :(

Kept refreshing until 5:15. Showed 3 tickets left. Sniped 1. "You're going to FINAL FANTASY XIV Fan Festival 2014!"

The character datacenter list had like 5 options. None were my server =/

7 more came up when i refreshed. Oh my god.

The first time around I was unable to even get the page to load after entering the promo code but this time it was successful and I was able to get my ticket.

That said, I'm strongly pushing that SE reserve the tickets on sale next week to subscribing members first.

Actually the first 1500 went in about 5 minutes before the site crashed earlier today...

I made it to the purchase screen but then it told me there were no tickets available after going through all that effort. What a waste. I guess I'll just chalk this up to SE inadvertently trying to save me $700 in travel expenses, lol.

Got lucky! Refreshed and was able to snag one ticket!

I'll try again next week since I wasn't able to get one. It still says tickets are with other customers but no official word of being sold out but it has to be. 1500 was a small number to begin with.

was able to snag to one for me and my gf was so worried about the 15 mins i just typed random stuff in boxes and went back after confirmation email to fix it all really hope everyone that wants to go gets to go keep at it and we shall see you all there :D

Awesome. Entered my promo code in the first 30 seconds of the page going live, got the green checkout button, clicked it, and then got taken to the page telling me the tickets were gone. Managed to get the green button again after 15 minutes of refreshing and got the same result...I really hope they don't open the remaining tickets to just anyone like they apparently plan to. As anyone can see, there's plenty of demand from the active players. :/

Obviously the numbers are meaningless. It said sold out earlier but they weren't haha...

Now when I try my promo code I get the 'Thank you for your purchase' message, despite the fact that my GF and I both tried all day and were unable to get tickets.

Kind of a slap in the face.
