Turn 5 and titan problems

Having a hard time clearing both titan ex and turn 5, I have a Ilvl 86 brd I can't seem to either get a party together and people leave or people quit after 2 wipes

I believe this is the same for many people. T5 and titan ex are fights that require good experienced players, except those who have cleared it have absolutely zero reason to ever run them again. These fights are pretty much impossible with 8 players who haven't cleared. Unless you have a static that will help you, it may never happen. This is basically as far as you can go without a static/fc that will help you.

Luckily Tuesday titan won't be required to clear for Levi ex, other wise I wouldn't fight titan. I've gotten past the half point on turn 5 just practice

I am trying both of these with my fc which have some exceptional players (but not enough to make 8 ppl party) but mostly casual players that play on free time for fun or play their first MMORPG. Haven't tried much Titan ex and Turn 5 because it doesn't seem worth to keep wiping at exactly same point all time but I think we will clear both right after 2.3 because with new gear (and possibly more echo) it will be possible to beat those fights even if couple of members panic during the fight.
So far our fc group usually can't kill Titan adds and Asceplius fast enough :(

You can't have spent that much time on T5. You barely meet the iLevel requirement.

I have Ilvl 93 and never entered the Turn 1. I am afraid of kill party with my inexperience and everybody blame me XD

When I did Titan HM because of Relic Quest, only completed quest because that the other healer managed to cure all alone -_-

20% Echo after update will make snakes 5% easier than it is now ;)
About titan i can recommend join every party that you see in PF (especially EXP only :D), if no PF pt up then try do it yourself or at least try DF for maximize your dodging skills (same btw for t5)

1st - no need to buy , if he attempted this 10 ~ 15 times (T5 and Titan each) he must be already good enough to learn/survive those simple mechanics .

I’ve been stuck on fights for 2 months i think. I hope they nerd them. They’re very frustrating, hard and robotic. Make them light party or solo i hope

I'm ilvl97 and I'm still stuck on T5. Titan was simple because he is scripted but for t5, its something else. A group of new players and myself got together to create a group dedicated to learning and eventually getting the clear on this fight. When we all learn to dodge divebombs, people were dieing to twisters lol. People in the group started blaming each other and now my group disbanded because of it lol. There have been times where we get to the end and the healers faulter lol. At this point, I'm willing to try anything except buying a win lol though I have nothing against that :)

Your several months late to when it was relevant content, expect to get grouped with a larger percentage of bads and controller players. Good Luck have fun.

I agree lol as this is partially my fault for waiting so long to even attempt the content in the first place. On the plus side, DF has given lots of practice with this fight but no chance at getting a competent party who will stick it out after 1-2 wipes lol. With all the solo stuff in this game, I'm finding that there are other things to do if one can't seem to meet the requirements of beating T5 :)

It took me a couple of weeks to get with a party that could clear Titan Ex. Some players just don't learn mechanics or have connection issues that make instant death mechanics very difficult to avoid, and the entire party is punished.

I had an easier time clearing T5 tbh. There are a lot of mechanics, but I feel that it's slightly more forgiving. Titan Ex has a much lower difficulty, but being unable to recover players who fall off adds spice lol.

I'm also at this frustrating point with T5. I cleared 1-4 way before Echo ever existed, but my group fell apart right before we were to start on T5.

I've been attempting it lately, but the groups are either filled with T5 virgins like me who can't get past a couple tries before someone quits OR I end up with people who are there for gear only who've cleared before and quit within 5 minutes if they suspect anyone is new.

Sadly, another option is to pay to get through that content. Finding the people who are willing to run is diminishing day by day as that particular content is just not worth running.

But I think another reason is that being a social game and you not finding people is a result of not having networked enough to find "friends" willing to run with you. If your in a FC that is not running such content then find another group/FC. If you stay then that is on you, some are not as driven as others to get through content and prefer a more leisure pace.

Ultimately something has to give, you actively search out a group or FC willing to take you in and help you, or you remain where you are. You have to find friends, people won't search you out unless your REALLY good, have a charming personality, or willing to offer (insert something *cough* naughty or nice here) that would attract their attention.

My first couple of T5 downs were with a pug as well (all single tank).

It´s not a Question about Pug or Static - it´s about players who know what to do...

it´s just easier to find 8 ppl doing their stuff well in an static, but if some usually static-members like me are bored, i join pug groups as well...

and it´s hard to believe, but i went to T4 lately for some Twink Stuff... first group was really well, stuff downed like trash... and to mind came "this was considered hard some day back"

but yesterday i woke up, getting only groups who could´t keep up the DPS or Tank´s didnt keep Stuff away from healer...

Were the pug groups pre 2.2? IMO pugs have gone way downhill since 2.2. Back when these instances were farmed the quality of players joining was much much better. Lately and ex or T5 pug is terrible and not worth the hassle.

I think with a lot of these fights the trick is remembering what sequence Titan does his abilities; however, this fight is very punishing on mistakes wrong mess up and it's probably a wipe. FC and me did it one night so far and got him down to half health I got the first phase down pat will see tonight.

I am "controller player". Started on PS3 and now on PS4. The problem with PS3 was crappy graphic and delay so Titan HM for example was really hard due to PS3 and not the player using it. On PS4 though I think the game is easier for me than most PC gamers because there is no delay, good graphics and it is a lot easier to dodge everything aoe related with controller.
