I found many many little bots to dress them and feed them and walk them and play with them and take them to the park and burn them alive :D

yeah, I've noticed stacks of 50 THM at the same spot on my server and reported them all a few weeks ago. I guess I should check and see if they're still there.
I expect they will be, but no harm in hoping
Edit: Oh, I just noticed we're on the same server, and I actually recognize several of those names, so I guess SE still hasn't gotten around to it yet
They're the ones supplying myth mats on the market board. Sneaky little buggers!
Why would they stay in that place together?
Why neccessary to stay in big group, dress the same, weird name and something weird to draw big attentions to people that passing by?
I don't understand, if be me, I would go somewhere people not care to go or check or "unable to access"
I would recommend you report each and every one of them (in game) and take this pic down because there have been many people banned for ''naming and shaming'' which is a violation of rules on this forum.
I know, I know... Common sense dictates you are just trying to make an issue known. But breaking the rule will get you in trouble, and you don't want that ^^.
I actually reported lots of them during 2.0, but they still exist for months at same spot and doing the same thing. I guess it's a "play style" that SE can't really ban them.
It's like the police walked by the area full of Mafia. The police knows all of these people are mafia, but he can't do anything cus they didn't do anything yet... They were just stood there.
if you kept monitoring them, you can see they all converting gears to materia at the same time... it's quiet a view...
you have to consider one very very weird thing. That those bots, actually are played. Not by legit players of course but by something that was found to happen in certain regions.
A group will gather some persons, tell them "you get a bed and food, all you have to do is play 20 hours a day this game always doing the same thing so we can get money from it"
So when a GM approaches them and sends tells they will answer.
Or something which also is know for it happening.
One guy playing various accounts at the same time, all looking the same, doing the same thing the same time, because he uses a single controller and every action he enters happens at the same time for all of them. How tells from GMs are handles that way, I dont know though
Saw some bots on the Server Balmung and also reported them and i have never seen them again. Hope this will work for you as well.
Notice they are all queued up for dungeon runs. These are most likely bots running parts of dungeons for gil, owned by rmt sites.
Same thing occurring on Excalibur as well, in the same spot.
Same on pheonix, had a huge crowd of them near horizon, was talking to a lovely GM whilst they were there,
Actually thought my eyes were playing up as all I saw was a blur of THMs, all same gear, identical looks.
Man..Se get some GMs out there. I've seen similar bots on my server as well. Same class, same dress, and the same spot. They de-poped before I had the chance to screen shot them for a report.
Mother of spiritbond bots...
Good point. Probably SB bots, not (directly) gil bots. Bot up some materia, sell it to gil-buying players, hack a bunch of your clients accounts, recycle the gil to a new batch of cheating (and soon to be hacked) players to buy yet more of your high-priced materia. Rinse and repeat.
Indeed. They're using militia gear, which is excellent for spiritbonding (because of the T3/4 materia). With the Novus quest, materia now has a very high demand. They also have full Hero accesories, which means that they're been doing this for a while. I tried to track if there was someone behind their crafted items, but it seems that they buy their gear from the marketboard. Even if there're repeated names.
There's a similar group in East Shroud near the entrance to the Mun-Tuy Cellars.
Seen the exact same thing in the exact same spot on my server... bunch of 50's standing around not moving, all with weird named, same class/job and all dressed 100% the same. SE need's to get rid of them, it's obviously not real players.
Ya when I reported it to GM I got a reply that their is no evidence they are bots, they could just be similar looking players playing together.
Yes over 30 identical friends all moving the same time, all freezing up if u hit trade, managed to get a few stuck on terrain doing that
Not sure if it made a difference but I reported all of those last week by name. They made up four parties doing DF dungeons.
Also GM's should have no doubt they are RMT as they had the same surnames as players i've blaclisted for RMT /tell spam. All they need to do is an IP trace on the account that owns the chars doing the spiritbonding and the char that did the /tell spam to see they are connected.
