I can only agree with you, I really don't want to see the return of claim bots in this game. Especially considering how little SE actually does about botting in this game already. I hope that if they make it like that the respawn timers are fast but the reward can only be claimed once a week or something along those lines.

Who's to say they won't pop in the middle of the night for NA? I just hope these things pop at least a few times a day and not like Odin and behemoth where they may only pop a few times a week.

I think it's more like this: you can do your mark freely, and then help others complete theirs, but you don't get any extra marks (like Labyrinth lock-out)

At least Elite target only once a week, not daily like Regular one, those who fast hands and legs will already claimed them then leave the rest like "us" opportunity to hunt them later on -

Course, there's also nothing saying the mobs will be free roaming and rare spawning either.
It could end up being like treasure chests, where you have to use some type of item to make it appear for your party.
So as long as 1 member has the bill, everyone can do it.

You guys are aware that things like guildleves and quests spawn their own mobs for the duty, right? I'm fairly confident hunts are going to function the exact same way.
What I'm sure the OP's quote means is that, like treasure maps, you can partake in a group doing them without needing the hunt active on yourself. -
