So far I've got: Surecast (THM), Swiftcast (THM) and Virus (ACN), but I can still select two more.
Any suggestions? I am trying to improve my WHM day by day, since I am quite new to the game. I only hit 50 about a week and a half ago.

I'd say Eye for an Eye for sure (can't recall now from what class / level though).
I don't bother with Surecast, but if you don't take it you probably won't be filling up all your cross class skills so it's worth taking. I probably should use it, I'm not sure if it prevents being interrupted from things like Garuda's Reckoning (I think in HM or something it interrupts casts) but if it does that makes it a must have.
The main ones are Swiftcast, Virus, and Eye for an Eye
Blizzard 2 is good for an aoe in low level fates, other than that the 4 skills mentioned here are the only good ones.
Surecast prevents interrupts from anything, mainly for T5 fireballs, primal phase changes, that odd situation where your tank is letting multiple mobs beat on you and you need to heal through constant interrupts, and possibly a few other cases. It's a niche skill but it's not like you have anything else to cross other than the main 4 listed previously (dat Ruin).
Do you happen to know if it will prevent interrupts from voice going off in T7 (when you have voice not getting hit by it)? I've used it to cure through fireballs in T5 before.
Back to the OP there really are only 4 that are useful to WHM. Swiftcast, Eye for an Eye, Surecast, Virus in that order IMO.
For the fifth slot there really isn't anything that will help your healing. I have mine set to Bliz2 but I barely ever use it if I'm not doing fates.
I dont think it does interrupt you. However, with autoface target, cure is going to alter your aim and freeze someone. Without it, you wont be able to cast on anyone behind you. I believe that once or twice I used medica while aiming a voice. I happened to be close enough to the one I actually wanted to heal... but it was an emergency situation and almost never happens, so I cant be too sure. But im fairly sure voice never interrupts you, you just have to face a different direction/move to the right spot
You don't need to be facing the target to cast cure spells (or stoneskin) on them. I do it all the time. It is very simple to test as well just turn it off face away from someone and cast cure on them. Blew the mind of my SCH when I showed him.
Whenever I go into T7 I shut off autoface target and aim at the spot we normally place the renauds then don't really have to move unless I get shriek or something goes wrong. Voice will interrupt you if your in the middle of a cast when it goes off (ie when you would stone anyone in front of you) I'm just not sure if using surecast will prevent that. I'll have to try it next time I'm in there.
The command to turn on/off autofacetarget is /autofacetarget. I forget where it is in the settings since I just made a macro to do that.
oh yeah, I forget that. I turned it back on because DPSing was irritating, but since forgot I can heal facing a different direction :/ lol dumb But I didnt realize it interrupted you. I never need to heal in that short duration anyways, but ill go back to no autoface target since im not doing any dps in t7 lol. And what I was thinking about before when I used medica was actually during petrifaction and when several people had been hit by poorly positioned ranged getting people hit with fire. I would honestly suggest not bothering with heals there if you just get interrupted anyways. doesnt seem worth it. reapply regen sure.
I always popped Surecast before using my LB as a WHM. Even if most healer LB3's still turn out to be a wipe, it's still epic to pull it off when the whole party is yelling "healer LB!!", rather than facing a slow and agonizing death alone just from getting interrupted. And sometimes it really CAN save the day XD
I always did a lot of gathering and put at least one unspoiled node search on my WHM also >.>
It is more I can position myself so that voice will not hit anyone and then go back to curing like normal without thinking about when it will actually go off. And if the MT/OT need a cure I'd rather attempt to cast it then just sit there waiting for the timer to go down.
Yes, surecast is very useful, especially when you can predict (know) the enemies move.
It's not the must have spell like Swiftcast, however you want to get it :)
If anyone cares Surecast will not prevent an interrupt from voice going off in T7. Was able to test it last night.
ah that's too bad :( thanks for testing and reporting it though :D
