Favorite Hildibrand moments

I loved the rude inspector Elezen for the BBC Sherlock inspired "silly little brains" line. Anyone else have favorite moments to add?

I laughed so hard at the part about the guy and the hair tonic!

It's Hildy, there's just too many favourite moments to pick just one! :D

But some of the best (spoilered for those who haven't yet experienced Eorzea's lord and saviour ;)

Meeting him for the first time where after he leaves the Carline Canopy Miounne mentions he "left without paying for his salad" (it was the way she said it that made me break out laughing).

The whole stolen weapons quest, but particularly the end when Nashu is fooled by his dumb disguise and doesn't recognize him, thinking "he ate the inspector!"

His 'return' (a hilarious parody of old-school horror films complete with thunder and lightning flashing in the background)

Constantly mispronnouncing Gilgamesh's name (he calls him 'Gilligan' at first and then insists on calling him 'Greg', to Gil's chagrin. :p)

And of course, the revelation Godbert is his father (and just a big a ham as his son). :D

But I don't think you can beat the affectionate Road Runner parody where he turns slowly, then races off at breakneck speed cartoon-like. ;)

Gosh, too many moments to pick from... lol. Although the most heartwarming is whenever he gets that happy "Someone thinks I'm a good inspector" face. It's so precious it makes me wanna hug him like a teddy bear

Haven't made it all the way through yet but the part where you first meet made me laugh so much. Can't wait to see what happens next. Very enjoyable.

You can just tell the dev team had a blast making his quests.

When I watched the 2.1 trailer, Hildibrand had this flash from his back in it. Then when I play the quest I found out that it was actually

coming from a bald old man's head, wtf!

I love it when Godbert suplexes him through the ground.

I liked Godbert / the part at Coerthas, everything else seemed lame, all I was thinking until Godbert was "these writers are trying really hard to make this look funny, and failing at it".

Rated down, reported, closed browser, deleted hard drive, burnt down computer, and called the cops.

Everything, but things that were my favourite favourite's were Godbert's appearance, Gilgamesh falling off the arena and of Hildibrand's faces.

You should indeed be able to!

The conclusion to 2.2's Hildibrand segment, where everyone dodges the card in a row, is just a flawless piece of work.

Pretty much everything, but the whole scene with Godbert was hilarious.
