It's a temporary/test character. Not his "real" one (which we don't know anything about, and I doubt we ever will).

Was fun seeing him in Leviathan, managed to get a few screenshots of his character and his thank-you posts. Keep up the good work, Yoshida!

It's his stock temp character. Think of it as a persona for when he does these presentations. Dunno if that's what his actual character looks like though.
