YES

1.18 didn't fix the game in any way. It's still boring as ever. Crafting is still an wreck. The game is buggy as ever.
However, it's a great step in the right direction. I give it to patch 1.21 before the game is playable.
We still need physical level gone, Auction House, Crafting/gathering system Overhaul, and Player Search before this game can recover.
I just decreased my score for this game on the Gamespot.com from 6.0 to 3.5 out of 10
very poor and horrible update
Of course not, since its on borrowed time, but it's better...
patch so far is a B- in terms of grading.
I'm having fun in the game now the quest are fun and the raids are challenging (which is always good). and i'm getting lots of sp from quest now its good.
It brings more good than bad. First bold step in the right direction.
the only people on the forums posting are the whiners.. its kinda sad.. tons of people logged in looking to be having a good time though on selbina.. this is why official forums are shit.. because the only people post are those that don't actually play and have fun with what we're given. I just hope they don't like to the vocal minority.
I would say the best patch to date easily, the patch easily increased the content over 2 fold in the game.
The 45 dungeon is hard as crap which is nice.
I would give the content itself a grade of 85/100. Major issues with it being unstable server at release and dungeons not having enough different objectives.
A very very good move in the right direction. I would think this patch would move the score we seen on MMORPG to at least a 6/10, still sorta lacking in content and buggy. It has a way to go but this is the first truly awesome patch we had, if 1.19 and 1.20 are this calabur we have a real mmo on our hands.
lessee, dungeons are fun, quests have cutscenes, company content looks great so far, the game has become more challenging...
Yes. Simple as that. Quit your whining or quit the game. Either option will have a pleasant effect on this community.
It was worth the May-July wait, but no way as hell was it worth the lackluster January-April period.
They still have a lot of catching up to do.
Now the count has grown to two.
But Betelgeuzah has been in support of this game for as long I can recall.
He's just critiquing and sharing his fair opinion.
Personally, I don't really care how long it takes for the game to get where it needs to be as long as I'm not too old to enjoy it. Or dead.
I haven't really messed around with it yet, but it looks like it's setting up good ground work for the next patches.
We should all know 1.18 it's the first of the 3 big patches of the summer, right ? Obliusly alone don't bring the game to the heavens.
Stil, it's good as hell
Logic makes no sense, if they dont play, it is most likely because the game is not fun lol, so even logging in and playing would yeild no fun for someone who does not find it fun and they'd be back here complaining. People do log in during patches to check it out. Has absolute nothing to do with "whiners", you just assume that because there is a lot going on, which makes sense considering the games standard right now. What else do you expect from a game that lacks bare minimum.
As for the patch, I'd give it a C, im like 50/50 on it. Like some, dont like others. Was not impressive but was expected.
Yes, especially since it means the next few patches will come quicker.
Wooo one down, 2 more summer patches to go :D
But I just realized I can't afford a subscription fee....DILEMMA.
