I'm in need of some advice. My static group is on turn 6 now and we don't use voice chat so we rely on macros to "warn" people. I had a Blightet Boquet macro tied to my /mdance but ever since 2.28 I believe /mdance no longer works for BB. I'd like to create a macro where I can sheathe my weapon and also do a <se.15> or something to warn the party that a boquet is coming. (This way I don't have to press 2 buttons and everything is done with 1 button press.) Does anyone have any suggestions on what macro I could make for this? :confused:

the dance really did work to avoid Blighted.
I was in a party once that everyone was dancing, it was quite fun actually, it's like they were teasing Rafflesia.
I have heard it doesnt work anymore so I havent tried and havent seen anyone using it since patch 2.28 -

It can be a real debuff on concentration, especially when you have people chatting while raiding (they tend to talk bul**** when they fail and concentration is fading)Quote:

Sticking Rafflesia to Focus Target is good, and BB is somewhat predictable, cause the first one goes off at phase shift, and the others come after honey - bee spawn - chain... so when the chain comes, be prepared to stop...

If your healers are focused so much on the tank, I'm not sure how they managed to heal t5. That one demanded learning to optimize your ui and keep track of multiple critical displays. By the time people see the macro or hear it, reaction time after might be too long to help anyway.

I don't see the point of not using macro (or any other legit method supporting your team's success) if it is available and possible.
Also using macro being an indicator of party's inability to perform their role? cmon. True, that fights are predictable, but when the shit hits the fan and you get distracted, warning macro can save the day :) -
