Repairing your gear while in culinarian...

Is extremely hilarious.

You repair your gear by frying it on the stove. That is the animation used. I know some of you might say that I should post this on the bug report forums, but I'm not complaining about this. I want it to stay the way it is!

"Oh dear, my bow broke.... hold on one sec" *Puts on chef's hat and grabs frying pan* "Ok, lemme cook up some magic here! Special sauce? Check! Olive oil? Check!... Ok, cooking to perfection.... DONE! One bow, well done! Just how I like it! Iron chef ain't got nothing on me!" :D

Puts a whole new meaning to putting your gear on the heat to take out the dents.

I actually found this quite amusing as I did it myself yesterday. My gear was breaking, and to my surprise, I cooked it all better! :D

This is why I said we should have the right tool equipped to repair gear.

If a DoM or DoW repair gear, it look like he turn the gear into materia

I think the cooking animation for repairing on culinarian is an awesome easter egg and I hope they never change it.

Though now I raise a question, how does it look when a DoL repairs their gear? Is it the same as a DoM or DoW? Or is it also something funny with a Fisher hitting something with their fishing pole?

Same animation as a battle class.

I was expecting it to be the chopping animation for some reason. Its funny we make cooked things by cutting them up

Oh well, still funny.

Remember, in Eorzea, we make metal ingots out of raw rocks by hitting them with hammers, we make butter by chopping cans of milk, and lumber is crafted via gluing logs together with a magic saw.

This is why we have a minimum level to repair our gear!
