(Speculation)Shiva 2.4 maybe

She was briefly shown during the Duty Commenced live stream. Maybe we'll she more of her at E3 along with Ramuh. Maybe a 2.4 release for her. Anyway here is the screen cap of her.

It could be between 2.3 and 2.4, or just 2.4 like you said.

That art would make a great wallpaper. I wonder if garuda, ifrit, odin and behemoth have anything to do with her rather than just randomly being placed in that art.

It'd be truly epic if they released Shiva & Ramuh at the same time... maybe they team up! Lol.

Going with trends we have been seeing you would expect a primal to be saved for a major patch. If 2.3 is late june then 2.4 and shiva would be late september perhaps.

It won't be 2.3 is Ramuh is 2.3.
She'll probably be here in 2.4! Prrroooobably 2.5, but I'd say 2.4.

I wonder where they're going to go after Shiva... What's in the pipeline? We've seen Diablos and Siren, both of which were potential candidates for future Primals. Will we start seeing the Ivalice Primals maybe? A few are already said to be in the game, renferencing the Summoner job quest-line with Belias (Or was it Famfrit?). Hopefully we'll get some more sneak peaks at E3 not just about patch 2.3, and possibly 2.4 - but the general future of the game.

The similarity between it and Alexander, the common FF Mega-Summon, are coincidence. Though perhaps I'm wrong, and these are actually connected, who knows!

Probably 2.4 since each patch seems to have a new primal.

if Ultima Weapon is the embodiment of 3 primals (Ifrit, Titan, Garuda). Then maybe the next 3 primals are leading up to another weapon....

pretty interesting theory, especially since the latest storyline missions talk about a new Weapon attacking an wiping out a island civilization.

Yoshi said every major patch will have a new primal. So of course 2.4

Belias, was mentioned in Summoner storyline as an Elder Primal, same tier as Bahamut. Then there is Zodiark, who is the Ascian's god that is opposite of Mother Crystal. I think 2.5 will revolve around Famfrit. Then probably XPac will drop unlocking Ishgard, and probably Ala Mhigo and moving into Empire Territory. Also the Empire had made talks of their own primal, and it may be Alexander. I am going to postulate that Hydaelyn/Mother Crystal, is some other primal, from how I picked up more info from the Ascians in 2.2 story, since she gave us the Echo power, just like the Beastman Primal summoners have a similiar power. I won't be surprised either if they go Bravely Default method and for those that have played it may see where I am going with that thought.

This is some interesting speculation! ^_^

I honestly don't think we will get Shiva till we have a new land mass, with new beastmen.
If its any sooner, I think it will be via the Gigas.

I would not be surprised in the least, and that method works perfectly for an MMOrpg.
But goddamn did that drive me nuts in single player Bravely Default. Hopefully they will heed the complaints for BD2, as that does not fit well in a single player game.

Too bad you have to go to E3 to be able to get that bag with Shiva on it.

The Gigas seem most likely. We can see some of them in Coerthas already (Boulder Downs), and seeing as the Ishgardian storyline quests seem to be expanding a bit with upcoming patches (can't remember when Yoshi said this), maybe Coerthas will be expanded and Shiva plunked somewhere.

Especially since the Binding Coil is not fully done with yet, as well as the whole Ascian plot.

I think I remember Yoshida saying the Allagan/Primal story line will end with the first expansion.

That sounds like a very sound prediction. I'm definitely hoping they don't hold off till the TGS to announce the expansion. I'm also wondering if we're going to conclude the Ascian's storyline before the expansion, or if the expansion is going to have a separate storyline running along side it.

(and I will definitely be looking forward to that last part you mentioned) :p
