Comprehensive patch notes? (Patch delay?)

Was wondering why the notes are not there yet.
Do you guys think it will be delayed a cpl of days, or they will put it few hrs before the maintenance time?

It won't be posted until the patch goes live here in several hours, I also can't wait for the details though :)

trust me my fiend. I played ffxi for nearly a decade and been following this game for a while now. SE is predictable and i predicted this whole mess before it evn released. but i really hope these dungeons will succeed and last for at least a month so that whiners will be quiet.
