I would graciously accept the gift (we do need more surprises!) but I don't want to hype it more than it already is only to find that I still have to stick to the boring places we have :P

EDIT: And the dungeon R50 was guarded by the Ishgardians before the Garleans came and took it over.

good point.. BUT I think it is fair to say that it is at least in development. The update did give us pics of what looks like ishguard...

I mean, this isn't a slight at SE, but if you look at the cliff in the back ground.. It's copy pasted. This isn't concept art. This is a screenshot :)

If you read it, then it just sounds like they are eluding to Darkhold which is related to Ishgard but I don't see any hints that Ishgard itself will be open.

That IS Limsa Lominsa with a lot of flag. Its not Ishgard. They wrote in the text that its Limsa Lominsa

look at it closely...that's the Market area in Limsa..or maybe one of the "upper ports" that look exactly like the market area...at any rate, that is Limsa...that is, if you're talking about the first pic in the Maelstrom of Ishgard

Honestly, have you been to Limsa lominsa? I'm not sure what you were expecting, they're obviously just putting up flags.

I don't understand why you've brought the cop/pasta thing to this picture, there's no repetition in it. I know people like to beat dead horses like it's a sport, but at least use them with some validity <_<

Companies are entered through the market wards so it makes sense. They probably doused the outside of the market wards in each city with their company flags.

1 thing to notice, all of the "letters" have contained a note saying that the media in the report was content that is under development...the Maelstrom does not have such a note O.o

The patch is due in less than 12 hours and the Maelstrom is supposed to be in it.

It would be really weird to say it was still under development at this point.

Yeah they said they weren't even planning on looking into implementing Ishgard till after the battle fixes were complete. Which 1.18 is auto attack but I believe the battle system won't be complete until 1.19, and maybe 1.20 if they delay.

With the third article, I think it is implying that a player can run either dungeon for any of the three companies. I had been kind of wondering how it was going to work with three companies and two dungeons. Easy answer - any company, either dungeon.

This goes to show how many of you actually spend time in Limsa to think it might of been Ishgard >.< lol Sorry had to say it! Glad to see focus away from Thanalan though^^ Doubt we'll see Ishgard till ps3/expansion time! There's alot of story and build up they need to cover first :)

The Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak entrance is Silent Arbor and Tinolqa
