Let's talk about Halatali & Brayflox HM and Lost City. I understand that since Philos have been removed there has to be a place where crafters can get their materials and newly end-game players can grab iLVL 70 gears but those duties are now a "dumpsite" where everything which could be purchased in philo+new gear.
Now I would like to get the Pilgrim and Magician sets just for the vanity system, but usually, I only drop darklight sets (mainly Healing and Aiming) which makes me think the drop system there might be a little unbalanced.*
Wouldn't it be possible to either move the crafters' item to other dungeons or to link drops to specific boss (i.e 2nd boss -->only darklight gears, 3rd boss --> magician, shirakee, protecteur, piligrim sets etc)?
I know this isn't urgent, but it would be nice to have a more balanced drops-distribution and I do think it might help reducing the number of players leaving dungeon after 2nd boss or even before starting (As it usually happens at Pharos).

What they probably should do is move the crafting mats to the extra treasure chests scattered around and give them a chance at philo items or Darklight and remove the X-items from them. Then that'll leave the boss chests with the new gear. I could swear I got Filtered Water from all three Brayflox boss chests once...

But yeah I agree, I wish the loot was distributed better. It would be infinitely better if final boss chests at least were restricted to gear only. -

The balisk pat chest in halatali hm is always gear. It seems like its restricted to jewelry though. Some seem to have higher gear rates but it's almost trivial with how often crafting mats drop.

Killing first boss and got filtered water only, killed second and got cooking sherry/void sent blood, killed final boss and got more filtered water, none of them items even sell on MB now as they vendor for more, so I absolutely agree, please put them in side chests and keep boss fight chests to armor -

Yes. The loot needs a drastic rethinking. It is NOT a suitable reward from the boss to get Philo items. Those should be in the chest that drop the X-Potions. It would give more incentive to actually check those chests and leave the boss and gear chests for gear exclusively. I'm so tired to getting water and sherry for a boss fight when I'm still several pieces away from completing a vanity set.

Back when AK and WP was all there to run, I used to collect with greed the unwanted gear for each class to set aside for future vanity. With these new dungeons, I haven't been able to even need a full set of what I'm running with.

This was something I noticed also in CT (I'll never get the chance to complete the crisom set :'( ) and part of the problem might be solved by setting the drop system so that players will get only things that at least one of them can equip.
