BANE became my family what seems like ages and 100's of members ago. Since then i have watched each and every one of its members continue to put forth the best gaming experience anyone could ask for. before FFXIV, i had only played 2 other MMO's. Being a old school FF-head (since the 80's), i felt i could at least give it a shot. After dabbling around a bit and joining a few random FC's, i ran coil with BANE 1 night many moons ago........

I have been apart of what i know to be the best FC around. Sure, we dont promote ourselves to be the best gamers, raiders, or elitists by far. But what we are is family. And we make sure everyone feels welcome no matter the lvl of experience. This is home to ALL walks of players, and we would love to add more every day.

You see everyone? It's people like him who make up our FC. We're a friendly bunch, a bit more on the casual side but progressive none the less. We are also very active. At least 70% of us sign on once a week minimum and we kick people who have not logged in for 30 days. Our expectations are fair and our standards are high! If you're looking for a good home for you and your friends, BANE is definitely the place to be. :cool:

We currently have 2 solid raid grps (1 t5 progression and the other t6+....the t5 is LF 1 or 2 tanks btw)
several others are beginning to form, because of the amount of people trying to start/join a static they havent officially gotten off the ground yet. but the population and player interest is massive.....we just need more "raid leaders" atm.

We are now back up to 4 static raiding groups and working on a 5th.

AND we are Number One on the server again this month ;)

I'm very intrigued by the things I read here about this FC and the info your posted. I'm currently on Adamantoise and would like to switch server just to join the BANE :)

I'm currently White Mage 38 and just have an Arcanist 16 other than that, but years of endgame experience with FFXI.

Please give me the okay and I will make the switch tomorrow :) (I've also registered to your website and waiting approval so I can apply)

I was very lucky to get invited to BANE when i started playing on PS4, everyone has been more than helpful and understanding and have answered endless questions and never once made me feel like a noob no matter how simple or basic the question : )

there is always someone on in BANE day or night that is doing something, forming a group, looking to do certain dungeons for story, speed runs,gear grinding,etc..

there are also many weekly events on the official Bahamut's Forum you can sign up for, or ask for help getting groups to do story dungeons, Fate's,Heist's,etc

Honestly BANE is so much more than just a Cool F.C. Tag next to your name , its a in-game home filled with knowledgeable,friendly and very helpful people that make the game so much more exciting and accessible .

anyway I hope you get in :) and even if you don't join I'm always willing to help wherever,whenever, and however I can, so send me a /tell in-game anytime and if I can I will do my best to help.

Thanks for the input, I'm really looking forward. I've played FFXI for about 5years and was in a great endgame linkshell who also did simple fun things. I have very fond memories of the time. I don't play XIV as religious as I did XI but I would still love to be in such a community again. Spoke to Mat and I'll be joining you guys shortly! Already migrated to Gilgamesh

This is a great FC!

I might have to hit you up on that.
I had T4 done in 2.1 before I left, but definitely interested in T5+.
Current FC is good people, but almost never doing anything.
No Extremes, 1 or 2 doing raids with statics, etc.
I'm hoping for some scob, extremes, occasional hunting group, maybe lower lvl dailies/runs for alt lvling.
About how many people are in peak and off peak?
As is I would log in 7-8AM EST on the weekend and be all alone.
