What's the point of having a tail hole painted in the armor?

Idk if someone posted this already, but this is ridiculous

Why would you have that slot painted if the tail was going to clip through the armor anyways?

or maybe is to take a dump without taking off your clothes

Yeah, wish SE would start giving a damn about this game's many clipping issues...at least try to design new armors in a way that avoids big issues like that... >_>

Side note: I sincerely hope not....

On male Miqo'te the tail go a bit to the side after leaving the body, while on female Miqo'te the tail left the body straight down.
Just ask a female Miqo'te to undress to compare the tails.

The easiest way for SE to fix it would be to remove the curves in the male Miqo'te tail.

I bet he didn't use the bug report forums and he didn't specify any details that would help to fix it like what armour it happens with. things that help get it fixed unlike there's a bug fix it. Players often make rage posts about bugs but they rarely if ever actually post what's relevant and in the correct place to assist SE in fixing it.

I completely agree. When I am fishing, harvesting, and mining, my male Miqo'te tail loses the weird kinks and reverts to the female position. And, it looks so much better! I don't like how "dead" the female tail looks, as in it doesn't seem to move as much as the males, however I do like that it doesn't have the awkward kinks which make a lot of gear look terrible.

Gear aesthetics is definitely one of the weakest elements in this game. SE has confirmed they're well aware of this and stated they're going for quantity > quality, same as hairstyles.

All in all, being a Nunh, I'm in favor of femme cats undressing. In the name of research of course.

I just recently changed from female to male miqo'te and the tail kink is driving me crazy! I have glamoured all my gear to minimize the appearance of the off-center tail. This is something I really hope they fix.

There were also only 2 types of tails with fixed lengths. Short sun seeker tail and long moon keeper tail.

This is actually bothering me for a while now...
It just doesn't look right to have a hole for your tail with the tail not even remotely going through it....

Maybe they're saying our butts are bird houses.

It does the same thing on my character (Mi'qote F). Not quite as much clipping as that, but it clips a noticeable amount on the bottom of the circle.
