PS4 launcher isn't working

It's just a white screen and I can't log in, I've done everything possible, anyone else have this problem?

Same problem here. Downloaded the patch and now I just get a white screen. Please fix.

wdh, same problem, launcher updated, but now is just pitch black. can't login ; ; but this is the PC version not ps4

I'm having the same issue...

Same with me, after several tries I made it into the log in screen but that was laggy and then disconnected. I'm sure they'll fix it soon. ^^

Having the same issue.
Funny thing is, my PC is having launcher errors too.
I checked my account, all is fine and working as it should be.

I've currently restarted the client 3 Times, started with the white screen but getting closer to log in each time. I'll update if I get in!

I'm having the same issues on PS4. A white screen and after some time it said error in connection.

Currently able to log in, client updating. For what it's worth mentioning the "white screen" is replacing the picture of the three nations on start up. Good luck to the rest of you!

The error is WV 33921-8 it says on my screen , no idea what it meant.

Was finally able to login. Came to the forums seeking help, but I got it to work after restarting the cilent about several times... it worked best after restarting my ps4. Logged in and its working, But I was constantly getting that white screen of death.

Got past white screen. But no login box to enter my details.

Mine finally started updating. Congestion.. bah. Such a horrible excuse.

In plain english they released update to solve issues and made more

Having the same issue. Can't log into the game. And before that there seems to be a bug in east. LL. i experience getting lag spikes to the point I get 90ked like I did at launch. Anyone else had this issue prior to patch?.

I have the same problem.

Update: Got past white screen just left on white screen for about a minute maybe more and then was able to log in and update. Everything seems ok now. :)

Rfk007 are u ps4 version cause i still cant login. No box to enter my details

im also getting the white screen -_-


Edit: while I posted this it seems the login screen loaded (Somewhat)
the username and password fields showed up, no login button, but I know where it is and "clicked" the nothingness and it worked.

Updating now...

Seems like the initial screen is like some HTML web-page, and the server serving that webpage is having issues, hence the slow and incomplete loading of the screen.

It's 9:40 AM mountain time, all I got repeatedly was a white screen. What a joke:)

Mine works now. Restart ps4 solved my issue. Good luck ppl
