Thornmarch unlock ??

Does anyone know how to unlock this fight please ?

Do the story.

i have done the story months ago , still cant find the npc thats unlocks it and everyone i ask doesnt know ?

You serious? Pretty sure it's in the Main Scenario Quest, because I currently have it and still stucked with it because I hate the fight.

In 2.1 you got more of the story which leads to Mog King. In 2.2 you got even more story.

Have you done the Guildhests that Slafborn (Mor Dhona) gives you? I didn't do them at first as the rewards were PvP items. Turns out that I needed to do them, then a load of smaller quests, before finally unlocking Thornmarch.

No, the point you're missing is that the main story CONTINUES in each major patch. Doing what was there at the start from 2.0, isn't all of it.

do the story. do thorn hard. finish primals. go to waking sands.

Yeah i understand that the story continues, but i cant seem to find where to pick the story up from as i have no quest avaiable in Mor Dhona.

That's because you go back to the place the story ended from 2.0, ie not Mor Dhona.

2.1 story started at waking sands iirc.

Check your journal and see the last completed main scenario quest. Enter that into Google, go to Gamerscape (main one I know) and check on the right hand side to see the quest that immediately follows that one.

I'm pretty sure it starts in the walking sands (vesper bay).

Waking Sands -> Minfilia. There should be other quests in the room with Thancred/Y'shtola/etc too.

Try do see where you stoped in your quest log (tab quests completed, filter story quest). Then go see the patch notes of 2.1 and/or 2.2 and figure out when you stopped and where to take next quest (the npc that give you the quest is indicated in the patch note).

You have to be up todate on the story, and had to of beat king mog normal, and ifrit extreme. Then talk to the guy in the waking sands.
