Has anyone lookedup and checked if the lvl90 gear when fully melded on par with the level 110 gear or better kind of like how the lvl 70 accessories were better than the 90s. I just wanted to know before i star dishing out crazy money on it.

I don't think crafted i70 gear was ever better then dungeon i90 gear. Crafted i70 just barely passes dungeon i70 and only with melding. Some base stats were still lower than dungeon gear, so crafted i90 gear should only be slightly better than dungeon i90 gear while HQ and fully melded.
Nothing will be better than the i110 gear until next patch I belive.
Melded i90 gear will be on par with, or perhaps ever-so-slightly better than, farmed i90 gear. Top-tier gear will remain as it always has in ARR: farm only.
i guess i also meant in relation to the lvl100.
And as I said, no, not really. They "might" come close to ilvl 100, depending on secondary stats. But that main stat boost is hard to overcome.
This was discussed a little bit here:

Looks like the ability to customize secondary stats gives crafted gear an edge.
Crafted gear has the added advantage of being melded with elemental resists.. perhaps more useful for Primal fights, less so for CT/CoB. "Farmed" gear being the middle of the two, although the confusion and discussion in the tank forums show that SE's been blurring stat layouts between C6-9 and Soldiery.
This only apply for accessories. The i70 allow you to put Vitality on pieces that have Strength so you're sacrificing some Vit for Str and other stats. However, for i90 crafted, Strength and Vitality are already capped on the left side piece so you're sacrificing Vitality for Parry/Determination. No amount of secondary stats will make up for loss of Vitality. Accuracy might be worth considering but new gears have so much in it you won't need it.
Example the Cashmere White mage set, has the base of i90, and you have spell speed, crit AND det on the same peice makes it much better a little less to 110, you sacrifice a little vit though.
Example:
Weathered Daystar Sollerets i100
vit 34 mnd 34 det 0 crit 38 spell spd 0 pie 20
Fully Melded Cashmere skirt of Healing i90
vit 29 mnd 29 det 24 crit 34 spell spd 33 pie 0
Your basically getting an extra secondary stat, and these all work on each other,
