It doesn't look good on my Lalafell.

That is actually the first time I've seen one of those helmets actually suit a gear-set. Nice job :D

Where/how do you get it? looks nice:)

It's got nice detail and definitely looks like real deal tank armor, but my char looks like she has no neck and she looks like she shouldn't be able to move in it due to the sheer bulkiness of the armor. I bought it and glamoured it with a red hempen camisole 8)

mythril chainmail coif :P thheres a better one tho, templars coif just doesnt fit color wise

What's it look like on a female non-Lalafell? Still have Abs of Steel? Mmmm...

The door knockers in front, the metal abs, and the shoulder flanges all combine to make the Weathered Noct Lorica a fashion disaster. I couldn't Vanity over that thing fast enough.

i saw it...i hate it...i'm very hesitant to get it just because it looks so bad on a female lalafell.

Best glamour for the head imo is the cobalt barbut with ash grey dye. That or the Pig head from the DQ event like the one I have equipped now :D

A small quibble with the design is the small metal brace by the elbow on the inside of the arm. It keeps clipping against the armor and its kind of annoying.

Also the cobalt vembraces go well with the hands. My character basically has what I think to be the ideal look pre high allagan/noct set.

I guess Im the only one that doesn't like the tank armor, insta glamoured.

I don't like gear design in general in this game. It's very, very lazy and boring. I hope they'll get better and get back to the point where we could tell the difference between a pld and war or sch and whm, or blm and smn other than having to look at their weapon......

I love the glamour system, unfortunately there is not much to choose from. Here is a thought: Crafters can make gear (no stats), they are just freakishly sexy (don'st give them one set to make, but like 5). Sole purpose: glamour. People will want it and buy it. Gives us a reason the be a crafter too.

These sets are basically DL2. We'll have new unique sets once AF2 sets hit.
