After few days and decided that atma relic is not worth time. It's still weaker than lev weapons.
Yeah I decided to suck it up because more likely SE will not change anything on atma relic. No I'm not complaining. I'm saying that it is not worth to complain and expect SE to do something about it. We asked for longer path so we get one. Can't ask for shorter. Beggars can't choose, right?
I probably will resume once they add more stuff in 2.25 and etc. but still considering if it is really worth time and we always get better weapons than relic anyway.

Once new classes are coming out, which is first you will unlock?
Me for sure, thief. I'd love to steal rare loots from bosses. Imagine a PF for Titan ex with all thief slots? Oh yeah.

The Atma weapon is simply the Zenith Weapon's stats with an Item Level of 100 tacked onto it.
In order to get the stats of an actual Item-Level 100 Item, you're going to have to complete the entire process of the Zodiac Weapon Upgrades. Which means you're likely going to need to invest 13,500 Tomes of Mythology into the process. Otherwise it just isn't worth the time and effort. That said, the Zodiac Weapon's final form (at this point) is superior to the Leviathan Weapons simply because it is a weapon that will continuously be able to be upgraded. Each expansion from now on is entirely likely to include an upgrade to the Zodiac Weapons, version 2.25 and version 2.3 will at the very least.
That said, at the current time, I would if I were you, still consider working toward getting the Animus Weapon as it is actually superior to the Atma Weapon and the Zenith Weapon by a long shot. -

I doubt Thief will be able to steal items from bosses (Or even have a steal mechanic in the way it's traditionally conceived), people would just spam steal on an instanced boss, wipe, then re-do it.

I'm mostly just waiting for the new classes to be released now since current Classes/Jobs don't interests me enough to put effort into getting their best Relic weapon.
As of now it still undetermined when a new class will be released until some official announcement is made but at least we finally have the general combat style (being combat stance and some skills) and Lore for the Scout class Yoshi-P discussed months ago.
I'm still waiting on some teasers about that Melee Mage Yoshi-P mentioned when he discussed Musketeer and Scout.
For now if they follow their current tradition of keeping the Big Names for Jobs then Scout will certainly go into Thief and/or Ninja. -

I never really expect SE to change the current FATE grinding of relic weapon, but I hope they can add another similar RNG based and time sink method, that is more interesting than FATE. e.g. running 12 different dungeons or doing leve quest at different map.
