Crystal Tower 2.3 ( Make it harder)

Labyrinth of the Ancients is a fun little content that gets you to the Crystal Tower itself. Now that we are at the Crystal tower come 2.3, I feel the the difficultly of the content should be harder. Not harder than Second Coil of Bahamut but kinda near the difficuly of this content.

Edit: I am proposing this content to be Medium difficulty

Note: I am making this thread now in advance so if lots of people agree with this they can (if they want to that is) make the changes without having to delay the patch.

I'm sure they have no intention of beefing the difficulty level up. In fact the second one should be much easier than the first by all logical means.

'Harder' is a very broad request, especially when comparing 8 man content to 24 man content.

Personally I never liked Coil and don't plan on carrying on with it, I am a more casual player and hope CT remains a more casual raid.

They already said CT and all content related to it will be on the easy side and coil will be the 'challenging' content.

I know what they said, doesn't mean the people that would like it "harder" can speak up about it. They have changed stuff in the past due to people screaming for a change. This is no different (if people want to scream at it that is lol). Meh I am cool either way, I just wish it would be harder is all.

Can you give an example of what you mean by 'harder'? As I said, it's a very vague request

Harder than Labyrinth, easier than Coil. Medium difficult I am proposing, not over the top harder, but not dirt easy either.

I hope they make a normal mode which is of comparable difficulty to current CT and a hard mode which is at coil's level of difficulty. Kind of sad to see them put so much effort into designing cool looking bosses only to have them be tank and spank.

The only problem with that is the endless amount of trolls that join just to make your day a bit less enjoyable.

Indeed, not only can you get trolls, but also people just geared for the content. And if early coil and hard primals are any clue, this is going to fly in the face of everyone who wants their 'hard content'. Tower is and will ever be aimed at those who are trying to get up to be able to challenge the hard content and not at those who are already in the thick of said content.

They have already said the difficulty of 2.1 CT was perfect and that's exactly what they're targeting for 2.3.

I'm fine with that, but I really would like if in 2.3 when they add support 24-man premades they also added a "hard mode" of the first floor of Crystal Tower. Presumably they already have the work for this done, since the original CT (before they delayed it until after launch to make it a more appropriate difficulty for PUGs) was supposed to be much more difficult.
