Mine said Chimera. And you have to do Pharro Siris to unlock the High Level Duty Roulette. Kinda dumb since Chimera was already done forever ago.

If it lists an unknown one, it's because you haven't reached that far in the required questlines... For example Gilgamesh is within the Trials and require the Hildibrand questline to be done before you get to see the name... -

It appears the requirements are different for everyone. Mine says to unlock an unknown one AND Chimera (I have done two relic quests and this is unlocked). Then for High Level I have to run HM Copperbell.

It was the 2 relic reborn ones (chimera and hydra) for me. they appeared as ??? and i hadn't unlocked them since the patch when they were put in the DF. You need to get at their emplacements and get them.

Having the fights unlocked is not enough; you still have to have actually beaten all of them. Same goes for the expert/HL roulettes.

The 2.3 storyline that unlocks Ramuh (Striking Tree) starts in Mor Dhona in the Rising Sands, I believe. New story stuff almost always starts with a quest from Minfilia.
