I would gladly pay a couple bucks to get myself placed at the front of a dungeon queue rather than waiting hours to get into a dungeon. Anyone else feel the same? With this you get your dungeon faster, and support the game at the same time!

But, all the people that bought tickets would be waiting in line because the premium line is now really fricken long. And the people who didn't buy tickets would probably never see a dungeon again. Besides you can't just wave a ticket and make a party magically appear. It would solve nothing.
I have no idea if you are trying to be witty or if this is a serious suggestion.
gunna have to go with no on this one.
inb4 "PLD gets instaqueue"
This would basically be mandatory for DPS classes. I don't mind waiting in queues (god knows how many leve allowances have been wasted because of them), and I know other people do but you cannot offer a service that is basically a middle finger in the air to those that don't want to pay for something that already can be circumvented with the game systems in place already.
I'm just finishing leveling WHM, SCH, PLD, and WAR and find myself wanting to level BRD and MNK, but the DPS queues are so long and boring, and there aren't many fate groups happening. I saw the talk about paying for retainers and fantasia and figured why not add a premium for queues? Nobody likes them, and I would not mind adding an extra $2-$5 to my monthly sub to get queue priority. I'm sure loads of people would gladly pay that fee too.
And if loads of people pay that fee, they won't benefit from it :D
It won't happend, and if it happends.... A lot of people will feel that is an unfear advantage an leave the game.
theres also things called linkshells and free companies. they are networks of players that aim to do similar things. interestingly enough, you can chat with people in these networks. With little difficulty, one can find themselves in a position of fortune, when another member of these convenient networks has a similar goal in mind as you, at the same time you do.
works wonders on these queue things.
I have a fast pass. It's called being a tank :)
What is up with people trying to invent new ways that they can throw more money at corporations? It's like the concept of being nickel and dimed is so ingrained into our culture that people can't help but want to have their money extracted from them for every little thing.
So what happens when a lot of people pay for it and you don't get your queue as fast as you thought you would? Or when you do and a tank shows their ass and leaves no more than 5 minutes into the dungeon?
I want VIP services!
Worst. Idea. Ever.
This would not work because everyone would get a fast pass, which in turn would be the same thing but you would be out gil/real money.
Have to say though, me and my family went to disneyland many years ago (can't remember if it's one of the japanese ones or the american one) and the fast passes that you can get every couple hours was a really nice feature of the theme park. We used them on the 'important' attractions and queued normally in between.
Themepark mmos lol.
I hope this is a joke thread.
Leaving aside the "let me pay more so i can be treated with preference"(just..), the whole system you're suggesting is completely absurd.
You do realize you play with other people right?

anything like this i do not like.
This can't be a real thread. It's a joke right?
But game.
Pay monthly sub.
Pay micro transactions to get into dungeons.
Brilliant.
I only way I see this working is if you got a token in game transparent to players.
If you haven't entered a duty finder in 48 hours you bump the to the front of the line.
This would give players who have less time to play most use of there time.
Could i have a pass for a guaranteed win on a loot roll please?
Rent a tank 10k per dungeon

/joking
Its far from joke, but the price should be higher to be worth the time.
And a priority ticket would mean pure pay 2 win to the point that it would just increase the subscription price because every dps would have to buy it (completely invalidating such ticket), and those that dont would just leave, including me.
