Any news on open new ward for limsa lominsa housing?

Is there any news regarding on if they expanding new ward so for FC that want to buy medium housing in limsa lominsa in this major 2.2 patch? in Tonberry, i was all full except 2~3 Large house unsold

On Balmung many of the wards are still pretty open in the Lavender Beds and the Goblet. I doubt they will open more wards until all 3 zones are starting to fill.

with SE working on a new server structure for the housing servers and still running stats on how the servers are acting i doubt with see more plots till they are ready to drop
personal housing. Keep in mind also, any new plots created will be max price. you'll still have to wait for the price to drop over time. Also small houses are getting basements in 2.2

What's the deal with everyone wanting to have an FC house in Limsa? Makes me glad I don't particularly care for that housing area.

My favorite spot in The Mist is taken in all wards as well (Balmung) >_< I hope they add new wards soon as well!

I prefer to wait for the price to drop than to wait for other FCs to abandon their plots (if that will even ever happen).

I honestly had no idea that plots were scarce on other servers.

On Phoenix, while Ward 1 only has 3 slots free (2 S, 1 M), the other wards have plenty of space. Though the cheapest M plot has been taken on all wards already. But what should SE do? Keep making new wards where only that particular plot is bought?

I dont think we'll see new wards until everything is full. If Mist gets full, they could keep adding new wards, but then you'd have Lavender Beds and Goblet never filling up.

I got in and got a small plot in the prettiest spot of the Goblet IMO because I had a feeling these things would happen. If you dont want to wait, either try a different area or get a different size plot, at least smalls are getting expanded in a few days.

Could always transfer to Adamantoise >> We have only one ward of Limsa with any significant housing placements, so most everything is open.
