Excited*
On a serious note, its not really a big deal - people who are i90 will transition to i115
You say that like there wasn't already a ton of people in i90 allagan/myth gear.
If you decide to change mains next week you can just rush a new class to 90 and be right there with everyone else. I think that's cool.
About as excited as I am to see smartass forum topics about non-issues.
I'm excited, will be able to get the rest of my AF1.5 for whm (my main) and possibly have enough left over for bard and pld pieces, or make my artemis bow (or curtana if I get it before 2.2) a zenith since we'll be able to trade in phil for myth. That's assuming zenith would still require myth tomes, which I'm mostly sure it will.
As for vanity, probably only for pld and bard, I like whm AF =p
I wont be wearing 90 gear as most of my Vanity set is far lower than that, I spent a couple hours last week organizing the different outfits my Bard is gonna wear. now I just gotta wait for patch and go unlock / craft the prisms :)
Doesn't everyone that plays the game fairly competently at least have one, maybe two or even three full-90 class by now, depending on how lucky they are at coil?
So...all the people I see in i90 now are just illusions?
I am because I'll be one of them. :D
I'm not full 90 because I actively play 5 different jobs and I've been kind of working on all of them simultaneously. They're at different levesl, but not really that far off from each other. I just completed my 5th relic yesterday.
My highest is white mage at ilvl 80 and my lowest is probably my summoner/black mage at around ilvl 72.
i'm even more excited to see PF conditions like "ilvl 112+ only" or "must have multiple leveiathan wins to join this moogle story mode"
I already have ilvl88 and the only reason I can't get to ilvl90 is because the mage ring doesn't drop from either Garuda or T1.
Regardless I'm looking forward to playing dress up because there's gear that already looks better.
Not as excited as seeing "ilvl 100 pt, farming pt, not learning pt. must have clear." in PF for Leviathan Ex in less than 4 hours after patch release.
I quit having fun with my Dragoon ages ago, but I love the I90 myth gear. I can finally grind out a set without feeling like I'm wasting tomes. So, I'm very excited.
I have no problem with it. Probably because I don't even have i90 gear in every slot. My DRG has i90 on the left hand slots, but the rest is i70 still. But for most end-game activities come 2.2, i90 is the new baseline for the new content (although i80 is the minimum required). It's how the game will progress.
I consider myself quite a competent player, but my highest ilvl is 82 on my DRG, followed by i80 on BLM. But, I only play end game with friends, and we've only just started pushing through the EX primals, and have only done a little of Coil (we got to T4, but then stopped just after before 2.1 and haven't done any since). I'm not a fan of the PF attitude, and stay away from any "experienced only" or "will que [sic] Ifrit" type of things.
At one point, it was rare to see someone in full Darklight + relic.
4 months of farming coil, and yet to see tank gloves drop. On a side note everyone has a full set of allagan DRG gear.
And then here's a DRG who's been in Coil for 5 months and has not even half the DRG drops...
I will be one of them probably off and on for a long time. With Glamour Prism on it's way I will thoroughly enjoy my AF 1.5 despite the increases in item level :P
I'm going to be mysterious. I'm going to be in my swim suit. They'll never know!
Well, not me!
I haven't done Coil THAT long, but I'm one running around in full Wyrm armor and have never seen an i90 melee damage ring drop, keeping me at i88 for now.Quote:

There's already a bunch of people in i90. My question is - when can we get a loot table of the drops for 2.2 primal extremes and coil 6-9
I wasn't terribly clear. Just by myth caps, many people should have had enough tomes to make something all i90 - BiS or not. Yeah?
If you prioritize a bit and add in some coil and some CT stuff it's not hard to be at 85+ in a couple classes.
With my fairly limited play time, basically just t1-4, a few CT/roulettes a week to get myth cap, and doing two ext. primal runs over the course of a couple months I managed an i90 WHM and BLM/War that're both mid-80s.
I guess my point is that having a bunch of i90 stuff isn't rare - if someone that has been playing for a few months really wanted to run in full i90 they could be there just grinding myth already.
