Our game is terrible and we're trying to fix it as fast as possible in the meantime it will be free to play. But on July 5th we will be performing maintenance on our payment system.
Don't worry we are still working on the game, but we need to get the payment system for our free game taken care of first.

They are transitioning the FFXI payment system over to Click and Buy if I am not mistaken. This is probably in preparation for that.

I'm assuming (maybe incorrectly, as "Account Management" is vague as hell) that they are referring that, under List Options Continued Automatically, it lists the Next Estimated Service Fees as an actual amount of Crysta. Whether or not it's always been like that, I've no idea. Hardly any indication either way, if this is in fact what Laughlyn meant.

No... they gonna reveal the "Set in stone" payment option soon enough, like it or not.
Shouldnt surprise me if it was a few weeks after the upcomin patch.
Not to mention they havent even bothered asking us anything regarding this issue at all since they reformed the dev.team.
If anything is vauge as you say it this. (idk about the japanese forums, cuz i dont read japanese.)
Think what you will.
This payment maintenance isnt just for FFXI as some poster here "Claimed".
Besides why would FFXI thats been going for so long need an "Payment" upgrade if it wasnt meant for some new?
