DoHs craft the prisms. Will be interesting to see what the prism market looks like on the Market Boards. Guess it'll depend on exactly what mats are required to make the prisms.
To craft the item you need to "Change(Glamour)" your armor/weapons you need to have a lvl 50 DoH and a complete a quest to unlock "Master-Crafts"
Upon finish this quest you can purchase the item you need to craft the Glamour item. They will have different tiers like Dark Matters and Carbonized Matter.
(Still not confirmed if they are sellable via AH yet, but I am sure they will be. Will help crafters make more money again.)
OP, with all due respect, it is hard to understand whether you are complaining or not about this.
you don't need them, but you will need to know one or buy from one to get the item needed for you to use it
This is a good thing, a consumable item that people might actually buy.
I better start dusting off my crafting tools.
You only need a crafter to craft the prisms yourself. You don't need a crafter if you buy it in the MB.
Crafters rejoice time to make some gil! (that may actually have a reason to be spent)
it would seem master crafter gear is to be harder to obtain, this may add a bit of exclusivity to various craft classes I am sure it wont effect glamour making but still interesting since myself and I am sure many other players have all crafts at 50 and melded it will be interesting to see what master route some crafters take first!
Prisms - 50,000 > Retainer A
Prisms - 50,000 > Retainer B
Prisms - 50,000 > Retainer C
Prisms - 27,222 > "Smart Guy" A
Prisms - 27,100 > "Smart Guy" B
Prisms - 22,000 > "Smart Guy" C
Prisms - 12,520 > "Smart Guy" D
Prisms - 7800 > "Smart Guy" E
Prisms - 2200 > "Smart Guy" F
That's how it's going to look pretty much.
I didn't read too closely, but I wonder if the prisms will be varied by profession, made by a specific profession, or craftable by all?
I would like something clarified as well regarding glamours :) It doesn't say what level you have to be to be able to WEAR glamours, or is that level 50 too?
Edit: nevermind, saw in other thread that you need to have one level 50 character to unlock it, pls disregard!
