So I'm back from a 2 week break from 14, and nothing has really changed in the game, I even let me sub expired but renewed it due to 2.2 being around the corner. You know even though I'm barely remotely excited about 2.2 when will square finally come out with they're first expansion, increased level cap, and new storyline and new classes. I mean the game itself is how old mow I think almost 4 years. Also square Enix please make the game itself more harder. I mean make it so hard that it takes me like 5 months to get one peice of gear or weapon, that would be something to work for, and Where the fk is shiva that's who I really want to test my skill against, I want to be wiped out acouple times by her diamond dust lb I want her to be as hard as or even harder then Titan and then when you finally beat her as a summoner you get her egi lol anyone else feel the same

Turn 6 and 7 will likely be downed within a week, 8 and 9 will probably take a bit longer. Leviathan and Moogle EX will be cleared within 12 hours of the patch going live.

I think there could be more of a challenge.
Right now, the difficultly level is pretty much just a straight walk on flat ground. Everything is about the same difficulty. Having some hill to climb, that might take a bit of time would be enjoyable. I don't need some "hardcore" mount everest. I'll settle for a speed bump!
Some stuff was hard when it came out, don't get me wrong. But after people got some gear, now they are just part of our 1 to 2 hour weekly coil clears. But like, if they threw in something crazy hard, maybe just one boss, I don't think anyone would be upset if they didn't kill it the first week. If there was one boss that you might struggle with, even if you were geared, that would be nice. I don't mean like those bosses that you have to dodge everything perfectly. I mean more like a boss that requires a bit of more rock paper sissors type critical thinking. -

I enjoyed the game in 2.0 don't get me wrong its a more polished game, just needs better content and more of it. Also can will it kill them to revamp the world and make it a much bigger, I miss the feeling of traveling on chocobo from one city to the next and seeing all the scenery in the big open world.

I'm still doing Primal Focus each week to get more Rowena's Tokens just to save up some for later. A month ago I can clear all 3 primals during the first or second day after reset. I doubt I'll look for another MMO as this was only my second one the first being FFXI, and I left that after 6 years because I finally got bored. Difference with XI and staying longer is open world content to keep busy also much bigger zones to explore. FFXIV while it has some nice content just doesn't have enough and the new content so far is mostly recycled instances with the word hard or extreme attached to them with maybe a couple extra moves or mobs in them. The people that are still finding enjoyment in the game, I'm happy for them, but I'm just not enjoying it anymore.Quote:
