The almighty Carbuncle

As cheesy at it may sound, my FAVORITE character in ffxi was none other than Carbuncle, the blue, nuclear fox bunny summon. So far we have seen one of the other avatars appear briefly in the ffxiv storyline and I was wondering if there has been any news leaked about the appearance of a new Carbuncle :). If not, we should all let SE know that we would love to see him in XIV.

I would go as far as saying that adding Carbuncle could be the sole element that turns this entire game around. Dungeons and content and UI all become unimportant in the radioactive shadow of Carbuncle :p.

I wouldn't go as far as saying he's my favorite, but I'd like to see him, sure. :)

Well so far in the storyline we know the following Eikons already exist : Ifrit, Titan, Leviathan and Garuda.

Hopefully some more added before Summoner comes out. (So help me god you'd better release Summoner.)

True story, Carbuncle is related to Nyan Cat.

meh, I'd rather have one or all three of the following:

Alexander (Divine Judgement ftw)
Odin (Zantetsuken ftw)
Crusader (the only summon I've seen that kills YOU and everything else)

In XI I played on Carbuncle... Those were the days.

For Shiva, I'd like to see the line "The icy winds of <insert really cold place> will freeze your bones!" whenever Diamond Dust is used. And for that FFV carby, first thing that came to mind was "I guess Blanka decided he needed a new look and career".

Yes! Can we please have Carby... It seems that each beastman race has a set God that's watching over them, etc... So can Carby be the watchful eye of the adventurers? Please? I want to worship Carby!
