Please let music loop (or at least blend)

In the new dungeons let the music loop or blend from battle to non-battle (aka CT).

The trailer has me salivating at the teases we heard on the new music used in Township of Amdapor and in the hard modes. :D

Copperbell Mines & Haukke Manor (HM) do this as well... it really is quite annoying that they don't do this for all dungeons... I like the battle music in this game but having 2 tracks for 80% of the dungeons gets a tad repetitive.

So, you participated in a closed beta for 2.2 and it's not like this, right OP?

Don't waste your time. People are asking this since alpha phase. Yes ALPHA. In beta phase, we had a topic with 30+ pages about this subject. Unfortunately Square-Enix doesn't care.

Pharos Sirius is amazing for the first minute... then it just goes bland and into another same-y tuned dungeon :(

Did he ever say "I want music to loop because RIGHT NOW, IT DOESN'T LOOP". Or have you never asked for something w/o knowing whether or not it was already happening?

Yes, I adore the first few seconds of PS. @.@ That music is fantastic... and then it's gone. I'm really worried Lost City is going to be the same way. I grew tired of the generic combat music a long time ago.

Considering it was 1.0 music that already looped, they had an excuse for that. Sadly Pharos music was supposed to be "dynamic"..but that changed it seemed.

You've played XIV ARR before, right? Would be weird for them to suddenly change what they've always done. Some dungeons and instances music loops, so they simply choose not to loop dungeon music. Their first excuse was:

"We need to create a system in order to loop zone music."

He attacks pretty much everyone and surprisingly there's people who get banned for making a joke lol.

Probably because making the most passive-aggressive, most snarky and off putting comment is not against the terms of service or forum rules. A shame, really. Almost as much of a shame that this kind of sniveling and pathetic humor is a measuring stick of self worth among our community.

I do agree with that, but something I still find funny in regards to the music is that in Crystal Tower for example, you can hear the music make a scratching sound before it loops again. It doesn't loop seamlessly, you hear this tearing sound and then the music starts again. That should have been fixed by now.

I've learned to just ignore him. It seems, however, he's just trying to assert his own little forum personality and get recognized. How cute.
