My understanding is that the experience values have not changed, but rather, the amount of experience you receive is dictated by the difference between your level and the level of the dungeon. Therefore, because of the change, you will see more higher level dungeons, which give a smaller relative bonus. It's worth mentioning that these bonuses are balanced with the EXP you are expected to receive by running the dungeon. A level 32 dungeon gives you far more experience per kill than a level 15 dungeon, meaning that the lump sum experience reward at the end has been set to make them approximately equivalent.
Ahh I see. Is there any notes on that change because I don't remember SE mentioned any stuff like that.

They did not nerf duty roulette, it has always been this way. The higher level the dungeon is and closer it is to your own level, the lower bonus exp you get at the end. This is offset by the amount of exp you get per kill though since you get 4-5 times the exp per kill in say.. AV, than you do in lower level dungeons.
Basically it come down to you gaining about 40% of a level between monster kills and the bonus at the end. If you do a trial, like Ifrit, Titan or Garuda, you see that larger chunk up front. Same if you're running Sastasha in the level 40s. The per kill xp isn't very high so they make up for it by giving you a larger chunk at the end for finishing.
Like Hulan said, the closer you are to the dungeon lv the less bonus Exp you will receive (Duty roulette give you bonus exp at the end).
That's why I love Ifrit / Titan for daily roulette. 5 minutes for a TON of exp (since it's such low level).

hmm yeah sorry got carried away a bit too far for my taste but... I was taken for a fool and trashtalked about that very subject by the OP not so long ago. Seeing him complain about it and then accepting my very arguments in less than 10 mins on a forum drove me out
While I have to assume that no one use duty pre hotfix patch.
You used to able to get 200K+ exp in any dungeons.
Post hotfix patch, you get exp based on level of dungeon which mean you don't get 200K+ exp anymore. There.
It has not changed.

Actually, you're wrong.. it didn't change, and now you're just making yourself look stupid so please stop..
The only thing that they changed is that now you have a better chance of getting dungeons appropriate to your level, prior to them changing that there was a "bug" and you would get lvl 15-20 dungeons almost constantly and in turn you would get a much higher exp bonus at the end because the monsters do not give as much exp. You were probably getting nothing but low lvl dungeons before, with high exp bonuses and shitty exp per monster.
I can understand not understanding something and then after being corrected/explained on how something works to go, "Ah ha! Thanks folks!". However to turn around and simply deny it is a bit beyond my undertanding. I can't seem to tell if the person is naturally dense, purposely ignorant or simply just wanting to troll the forums. :|
I've been tracking my roulette XP (roulette bonus, what XP bonuses I have active, newbie bonus(es) when applicable, and total XP) ever since this thread, both for guildhest and low level roulettes.
At the same level, you get roughly the same total XP (mob kills + roulette bonus) regardless of what instance you end up in, and regardless of how you handle the instance. It's easier to see with guildhests, since they generally don't provide enough (even with the roulette bonus) to level you. Especially if you get the one with the Iron Giant and the adds that spawn a few times at the same level. You get roughly the same total XP whether you keep the boss alive and kill every single add or ignore every add and only kill the boss. Any dungeon with a good amount of skippable trash will give the same sort of result.

BEFORE hotfix patch, I used to getting 200K+ exp. see that? Two hundred thousand exp!
AFTER hotfix patch, now I getting 60K-90K exp.

Not really, you kind of left out all the important details:
-Is that the bonus or total exp gain?
-What Dungeon?
-What Level?
-How many trash mobs did you kill?
-Do you have evidence or are you going of memory?
All of which should be answered for both the before and after events for what's in question...

Really, you should stop, you're embarassing yourself. There was no change in the xp reward from the roulette since it has been added to the game.
The reason you saw 200K xp before and you see only 60K-90K xp now has already been explained on the previous page, and it's basically that the difference in level between your class and the dungeon you were doing was greater then than now.
By the way, I still see around 160K-180K bonus xp when I do Copperbell (for example) on my lv40 MNK (it was last saturday, so quite recently).
