rewarding system

hi guys is there any chance a more fair rewarding system can be implemented, ive ran coil alot and have been very unlucky with loot. gotten 3 loot out of the 10 times ive ran it and those 3 where in 1 run xD, i was thinking of a similiar point system like myths but u can spend on allagan gear for completing one turn. :rolleyes:

Tomes are in game for the exact reasons you are describing.

yes im aware that tomes are there, and im also aware of what theyre there for. im sure you know myth gear doesnt have the same stats as alagan gear, please elaborate more im interested

its just a suggestion, im very satisfied as it is with the gameplay and all the things we have to go through, thats the fun part after all specially as a tank

IMO they should change coil loot system to something similar to CT, where you can enter as many time as you want, but can only get 1 loot per week, I do agree with you it is currently frustrating that you can only enter once a week, and each turn got a huge number of possible drops for those 2 chests. At least at 2.2 ppl can farm 1-5 as much as they want, just hope they don't keep the loot system the same for 6-9

They will (l2r live letter), and it is good so to do so, don't bring up that annoying discussion everytime. You can farm 1-5 and buy your carries for allagan ilvl90 and ilvl95 weapon, soon.

i went 2 months b4 seeing any tank gear in turn 1

I think the majority, from reading, would prefer loot drops specifically for the people in that group who are playing those particular classes.

Having a monk drop item when no monk is in the team isnt helping many of us, if they play as a monk in that particular battle then yes.

I had a good run with drops early on but have seen to get less and less as time has gone on.

3/10 is a good ratio.

3/10? Dude you're one of the lucky ones I've been doing coil for months and have 2 drops....

I have to agree with this. I'm now 14 weeks without a useful drop and I am to the point I don't want to do it anymore. I get the whole treadmill to keep us in game but this is starting to have the opposite effect. Even if they did as was suggested above and gave us gear that was for the group makeup that'd be great. Right now I'm sick of seeing monk gear or DRG gear when we don't have them in the group.

I am at 5months of not seeing the healer head from t2. RNG hates me.

And I mean not seeing. Not just getting out looted. I have never seen it drop.

I think it would be nice if they had a token system for Coil, since you can only clear every turn once per week. One token gets a few classes on it, or a token will have dps, healer, or tank on it (but that'd make getting your gear from coil too easy, huh?). Then just trade it in with a token npc for whatever that token represented (accessory, gloves, hat, etc).

Healers and Tanks are a bit screwed in our group as well, clearing Coil since November we didn't see yet:

Healer Chest, Ring, Neck, Gloves
Tank Chest, Ring

whereas we have 2 almost full DRGs and 4 almost full MNKs xD

And the Allagan Stuff you see on my char dropped once except the trousers which dropped twice in 2 weeks in a row, our SCH is not amused for not seeing the gloves yet :D RNG is RNG. Oh well to be fair, in exchange for the weapons we got out of 7 kills: 2* cane, 2* spear, 2*sch book, 1* blade

No please no. Enough of welfare epics. Myth tomes are already in place for bad rng. it's like someone buying a lotto ticket weekly and demanding compensation after not winning the lottery for a year.
