What's a good iLvl to start CT/Coil?

What's a good item level (weapon and average) for a PLD to start CT? What about Coil?

For CT you'll want at least i60 gear with an i55 or better weapon. Coil you want at least i70 gear and weapon. People did Turns 1-5 of Coil in i70 because CT wasn't out at the time. When Turns 6-9 come out you should have at least i90 all around, I guestimate.

For CT it honestly depends on the alliance you get and your role. If you are on clean-up/off-tank you can get away with lower gear than if you are main tanking. Definitely go for at least an i55 weapon though.

85 for T5? Nope you can start doing at i80.

You can and should start doing CT as soon as you hit 50 so pretty much full AF + either grand company, primal or relic weapon.

For Coil 1-4 relic weapon (+1 preferred unless you're BRD and PLD only needs +1 shield) and item level 70. For turn 5 I guess item level 80+, depends on your HP.

For Extremes relic weapon (+1) and item level 80 I guess.

You should have your relic weapon for Coil. I mean you have to beat Titan to enter it anyways.

For CT just update your gear as much as you can and just run it. For coil I'd say full DL and relic. You can do it without so much gear, but it's just stressful.

Sounds like I got the gear for CT. From here on out, it's just a L2P issue.

T5 is in fact just a matter of practice and coordination. Hardly ever saw any pug down it, no matter iLv 80 or 90. While it is true that HP play some significant role, you can easily achieve that with food (though I'm no friend of just boosting HP with food as long as it doesn't benefit the stats important for your job). That said, I'll go with iLv 85 as minimum, too. However it depends on practice and ability more than any other fight in the game.

Speaking from experience, at a Paladin, you need to make sure your accuracy is up. I'm Ilvl 78 and I miss hits a lot.

Accuracy has nothing to do with ilevel. You can sacrifice stats a bit to get accuracy high enough by either using darklight gears (I see you not using that DL pants) or crafted accessories (either by it already have accuracy or you meld accuracy into it). OP, for tanks, accuracy goes 475 for turn 1-4 and 484 for turn 5.

Yeah, I found that out the hard way. I was concentrating on Ilvl instead of stats.
