I was scanning FFXIV concept art and wallpapers looking for outfits that we currently cannot wear on our characters. Many of these outfits have either not been released or are worn mainly by NPCs.
It would be amazing if in the release of the Glamour/Vanity system for our Characters to get access to these outfits! But anyways i'll stop talking and post all the outfits I found. If you can find any feel free to post them here!

A very amazing looking robe, it has leaf patterns on the hood and what looks
to be some orange designs on the body of the robe.

Very evil but amazing looking armor on the left, it reminds me of something odin would wear.
The Robes on the right look like what the Ascian wear however the hood seems to be a little different.

This Lancer is wearing a very interesting outfit, at first I thought it was A White Acolyte Robe, however then I noticed
the Dragoon Leg armor and Lance. I wonder what the front looks like.

It looks like a slight variation of the Artifact White mage robe,
it has armor on the collar and shoulders and a fur trim on the hood connecting to the
neck. I really hope SE adds this.

Its a little hard to see but you can see enough detail on this outfit to know it looks stunning. Almost like the clothes an OC of a FF would wear.

I could be wrong, but I think Yoshi mentioned new outfits coming out for crafters to make once glamour came out. I don't remember if it was in the last live letter or what, but I think something along the lines of "spring dress" was mentioned.

I've suspect the 'spring dress' and 'marine costume' are planned event gear for a special event that hasn't happened yet (obviously around Springtime) ;). This is even more likely given the fact that between Easter and Moonfire Faire (Summer Event), there actually isn't any more events really, and considering how SE have been having a special event almost every month now.
So I've got a feeling we'll be seeing a Spring event around late April, early May, where those costumes will be offered. :) -
