Are you also d/cing on other online services too? If so then it's your internet. Even if that's not the case, it's still most likely your ISP and its partner's faults with a bad node along your route to the game's server.

Happens to me every now again. Reset your router and see if the problem persists. I know you may have already tried that, but it usually fixes the issue for me... at least for a little while.

sometimes it's like the game will randomly select someone and they get hit with the 90k error repeatedly. i'm curious if it may be due to some sort of rolling rmt checks that rotates isp's. today i may get hit with 90k's over and over and then it not happen once for the next month.

90k is the error for cannot locate server... This can happen for a lot of reasons... Modem dropping, signal levels, router dropping, server spikes, lag spikes ect... talk to your ISP thats the best place to start...

I had a problem where I was getting 90k'd every 30-45 minutes and I restarted my computer and updated some stuff and that my computer was asking me to and that fixed it. It still happens on occasion, but I normally repeat the previous steps and have no issues after that. Hope this helps.

Today was horrible I only got twice before a 90k and last time was like a month ago, today I had 4! in one day and I could not reconnect back like normal in 1-2min but had to wait like 10+min because the system was telling me my character is still loged in the game.

People need to read everything before they start posting comments... I stated some of the reasons it is cause and stated to START AT THE ISP... Because they can see your connection see your signal levels see your drops ect... They are a hell of a lot better then SE... I get the 90k bug once in a while too and sometimes its cause my modem is resetting sometimes it's not... But everyone needs a starting point rather that a person to point the finger at...

03-01-2014, 11:10 AMispanoExcept 90k means what they said it means. It CAN be your ISP. Doesn't mean it is, but it most certainly CAN. It can also be the route, or the servers or almost anything else in between. It could be your room mate downloading far more than he should be. 90k is JUST a disconnect. It doesn't mean anything more than that, and almost anything can cause it.Quote:

I used to get 90k all the time. I tried everything so i was convinced it was SE. Then I decised to turn my firewall off before going into the game. (I use Viper Anti fyi) anyways i have not 90k one time since. That was over 2 months ago. So now i just turn it off while i play and turn it back on when im finished. Worked for me might work for others.

It MAY be your ISP having a connection problem with SE, or vice versa. But that doesn't mean it's always SE's fault. You can't be so sure that it's SE's fault as well, because there's a lot of ppl in this forum that aren't affected by that 90k error or w/e you want to call it. -
