Wrong. It is today, Saturday February 22nd 2014. It is available only on the AMERICAN PSN website and not in the PSN of the PS4 itself for either American or Australian stores.

Will we be able to stream the Beta on twitch? I was skimming through the BETA ToS, and i didn't notice anything about a NDA.

In order to download the beta, i was forced to sign into my American account on the American PSN website, purchase it for $0.00. I then had to sign into my American PSN account on my PS4 (had to be a different PS4 account or it refuses stating ''you cannot sign into someone else's PSN'') and then activate the PS4 as primary. Then go back to the American PSN account on the website and send the download to my PS4.

Whole lot of mucking around just to get a beta that should have been available since the 18th.

Well... as you can plainly see in the screenshot of my PC desktop, i am clearly downloading it on my PS4. And i live in Australia and have an Australian AND American PSN. My American PSN account was created just for this purpose - when Sony decide we are not worthy to obtain certain things or deign it unnecessary to grant them in a timely manner.

The method i detailed is how i am downloading the beta.

Sadly it is only a true beta in the real sense of the word. Accounts are blank slates and the level cap is 20.

Well only phase 1 is capped at 20. Phase 2 you can use you own toon.

No. There is no NDA and yes you can stream it if you wish. Be pretty odd if you had the capability built into the system to allow you to stream but an NDA says you cannot press that button. ROFL!

No not in the first phase. As i already stated, the accounts you will use for the first phase of the beta, are blank slates. Meaning the first time you log into the PS4 beta, you will have no characters already there. And at the end of the first phase, all character information will be wiped. As in deleted. As in gone. As in 'poof'.

Well Phase 1 on the PS4 in the UK start at 8am today since its now Saturday the 22nd i will see you guys online 2morrow. I'll be calling my beta Character Rogue Fukihama. See you guys later.

I do hope the screen gets bigger afther logging in
The small login screen is even tinyer on the ps vita that im planning on using as much as posible
Have to watch out not touching the touchpad it zooms the screen in but have to zoom back to be able to enter test

lol sorry. I should have made it more clear that I was being sarcastic after your original answer about characters being deleted was stated so drawn out and explicit. None of which mattered to me however, as I just wanted to know if I could use my regular account and seeing as how I can't... well then my feelings about this beta are summed up with:

When you set up the game on another platform, you will be asked to make a new SE account or use your existing one. Choose existing :D

If you already own the PS3 version you will get a free upgrade to the PS4 version all of that will happen on the mog station.

With the beta now you sign up with ur account cause it will show all the different version that are registered to that account. But you will not be able to use ur character that you have been playing with for the 1st phase of the beta you will have to create a new character. Then when we start phase 2 we will be able to use are main characters.

I don't own the PS3 verson of the game I only have the PC version. I forgot to put the in the post can I use the PC character on the PS4 one when in Phase 2 ?
