Blue Mage - from Thaumaturge
Notes:
While no stance is active, you cannot use any abilities, spells, or weaponskills. Whenever you enter a stance, a new action bar for that stance is set as active. When no stance is active, your character glows black, and each stance being active makes your character glow a different color ( Learning – blue, brutal – red, arcane – white, mending – green, support - yellow ). The glow is slight, so that it doesn’t get in the way of your character’s appearance. Blue mage armor/weapons generally increase all stats equally.
L30 Ability - Learning Stance - Active - Lasts 90 seconds, 15 seconds cooldown.
Any monster attack used against you becomes a skill you can use in another stance. Cannot use monster abilities in this stance. Effectiveness of all actions is increased by 20%.

L35 Ability - Brutal Stance - Active - Lasts 15 seconds, 45 seconds cooldown.
When active, you cannot use any spells or abilities except non-monster abilities and weaponskills. Damage you deal is increased by 50%.
L40 Ability - Arcane Stance - Active - Lasts 15 seconds, 45 seconds cooldown.
When active, you cannot use any skills except offensive magic abilities. Mana regeneration and tp regeneration are increased by 100%.
L45 Ability - Mending Stance - Active - Lasts 15 seconds, 45 seconds cooldown.
When active, you cannot use any abilities except healing spells. Your healing is 75% more effective.
L50 Ability - Support Stance - Active - Lasts 15 seconds, 45 seconds cooldown.
When active, you cannot use any abilities except support monster abilities. The support abilities you use take effect on all allies within 30 yalms and yourself.

Thief - from Gladiator
L30 Ability - Thievery - Passive -
Greatly decreases enmity and slightly increases critical strike chance.
L35 Ability - Dual Wield - Passive -
Allows equipping of a thief weapon in the off hand. Weapon skills and abilities only use the main hand.
L40 Ability - Sneak Attack - Active -
The next weapon skill when used from behind the target will deal critical damage and 2 times the normal damage and this weaponskill cannot miss. 60 seconds cooldown.

L45 Ability - Trick Attack - Active
The next weapon skill used will make the target hate who it is attacking even more and deal 3 times the normal damage. 60 seconds cooldown.
L50 Ability - Treasure Hunter - Passive
Whenever a boss is killed, the boss will drop an item that normally can only be obtained from a treasure chest. This effect can only happen once per boss. Whenever a non-boss monster is killed, there is a chance of the monster dropping its rarest item drop in addition to normal items dropped.

Dark Knight - From Marauder
L30 Ability - Soul Steal - Passive -
Whenever a weaponskill is used, the next auto attack heals you for 50% of the damage done
L35 Ability - Burning Attack - Active - 0 Seconds cooldown
If active, whenever your target is attacking you, your auto attack will do an additional 200 potency fire attack to all targets within 15 yalms every 15 seconds. Activate again to turn off.

L40 Ability - Inner Power - Active - Lasts 8 seconds, 60 seconds cooldown.
Defense is lowered by 75% and your hp cannot be lowered below 1.
L45 Ability - Crazy Charge - Active - 30 seconds cooldown.
Chooses a random target between 8 and 16 yalms from you, and you charge the target, dealing 50 potency dark damage and silencing the target for 2 seconds.
L50 Ability - Apocalypse - Active - 300 seconds cooldown.
Conducts a 10 hit weaponskill of dark element that ignores 20% of the targets defense during the attack only.

Puppetmaster - From Pugilist
L30 Ability - Summon Puppet - Active - 10 seconds cooldown.
Summons a puppet to fight along side you. Your own damage is decreased by 50% while you have a puppet. Use again to dismiss your puppet.
L35 Ability - Power boost - Active - 10 seconds cooldown.
The next weaponskill or spell you and your pet use will be twice as effective.

L40 Ability - Repair - Active - Instant cast and no cooldown, but does not stack.
Your puppet gains 5% health every second for 10 seconds.
L45 Ability - Defend/Attack/Cast/Heal - Instant Cast and no cooldown.
Can be toggled up to 5 times to switch your puppet between mimic mode , tank mode, attacker mode, caster mode, and healer mode.
L50 Ability - Master’s abilities - Passive -
Any boosts to your parameters or fighting ability will be gained by your puppet and become twice as effective as normal.

Samurai - From Lancer
L30 Ability - TP Store - Passive -
TP recovers 25% faster and any ability that restores tp is increased by 200%.
L35 Ability - Weaponskill Master - Passive -
Weaponskills deal 50% additional damage but consume 75% more tp.

L40 Ability - Foresight - Active - 60 seconds cooldown.
For the next 2 seconds, if you would take damage, you instead charge to the target that dealt damage to you within 50 yalms and deal 400 potency physical damage to that target.
L45 Ability - Tri-Barrage - Active - 10 seconds cooldown.
The next weaponskill hits the target and up to 3 additional targets within 8 yalms of the target.
L50 Ability - Impale - Active - 300 seconds cooldown.
The target is stunned for 2 seconds. If you are behind or to the side of the target, the target is inflicted with disease of 50 potency and physical damage of 400 potency over 20 seconds.

All of the skills you listed as "Passive" i dont see happening at all. All passive abilities you find under "Traits" on the action list, if those effects were to be present in-game they would be in the way of an activatable buff like defiance or shield/sword oath.
also with Blue Mage i dont think they would implement learning as a stance in the last live letter Yoshi-P said summoners wouldnt be getting a leviathan-egi because it wouldnt be fair to give them an extra ability, would mean they would have to do the same for all other classes, i'd imagine you would learn key BLM abilities during class quests as the "Learning" goes like Bad Breath from a learning encounter with a Morbol or Mighty Guard from an Iron Giant or Adamantoise etc depending on how they want BLM to play out
either way i'm really excited and looking forward to any and all new classes released in the future

While Samurai from lancer sounds interesting, it's just another flavor of DD and so far they seem to be avoiding doubling up on Jobs over a single class. Mind you, this is based on the only class with two Jobs presently available with Scholar and Summoner representing the two different caster persuasions. The Job I'd be more inclined to see on lancer would be a tank Job given DD is already well represented in Dragoon.

Ranger - from Archer
L30 Ability - Sharpsight - Passive -
Auto-attacks range is increased by 15 yalms. In addition, auto-attacks now hit no matter what direction you are facing.
L35 Ability - Stuck - Passive -
Targets afflicted by rooted status take 50% increased damage while they are rooted.

L40 Ability - Second point of view - Active - 1 minute cooldown.
Places a buff on the target ally for 5 minutes. Whenever that ally deals a critical hit, your critical hit chance, damage, and accuracy are increased by 2% for 8 seconds. Stacks up to 3 times.
L45 Ability - Barrage - Active - 60 seconds cooldown.
You quickly attack with 8 auto-attacks within 1 second. For the next 5 seconds, you cannot use any abilities, weaponskills, or spells.
L50 Ability - Strafing - Active - 300 seconds cooldown.
For the next 10 seconds, while attacking from the sides of your target, you ignore 50% of the target’s defense, and if the target has 10% or less hp, your auto-attacks deal double damage.

Green Mage - From Conjurer
L30 Ability - Medication - Passive -
All direct healing spells give a healing over time on the target for 10% of the healing amount over 6 seconds. This effect can stack.
L35 Ability - Higher Offense - Active - 60 seconds cooldown.
When used, the next heal spell instead does light damage to the target attacking your target for the same potency as the healing spell.

One thing is to want to get your post at the top of the forums... and another is to constantly spam the forums with a design full of flaws for some classes.
If you want to share, your view on the classes thats fine, but please edit your main top post to incluide all the information, and avoid spaming your own post...

All offensive magic you cast places an effect on the target that increases magic damage done to the target by 1% for 10 seconds. Stacks up to 10 times.
L45 Ability - Smarter Cleric - Passive -
Cleric’s stance no long reduces effectiveness of healing spells and instead increases healing effectiveness by 30%.
L50 Ability - Ultimate Protection - Active - 300 seconds cooldown.
When used, the next stoneskin cast doubles the shield amount and additionally affects all allies within 50 yalms.
