Healer & Tank looking for progression FC.

I'm a lv85 scholar with a lv83 warrior. I have a sub 81 white mage and he has sub 75~80 paladin & bard. We've been playing since open beta but were on a Japanese server for the past 5 months. (I can speak Japanese.)

We're looking to join a free company that actually....does things. We've gotten up to T4 with pugging (haven't cleared it yet because well pugs and lack of anyone sticking around to practice) and we've cleared Garuda Ex. We've got the skills and potential to learn, but trying to do this with random people every time has been pretty much unsuccessful. Our current FC already has their coil statics and is very casual so in the 2 weeks we've been on this server we've not made much progress :(

We're just trying to find a home where people actually do stuff together, practice new content together and try to clear things. We're not looking to be part of a giant sheep herding FC (where you just become anonymous) or to be part of an FC where we're only needed "on call" when the "main group" has a slot open. We'd like to clear T4 and at least get to step foot into T5 and clear the extreme primals.

Also this may be a long shot but we're looking to group up with people who aren't rude & selfish. As in, if people mess up, they give constructive criticism not destructive criticism if you know what I mean.

We both have full time jobs so we're usually available from 7:30~11PM EST on the weekdays and most of the weekends. Basically we just want to make the most of our available play time.

We have about 50 active players in FFXIV and all are very social and we use Teamspeak quite a bit. We don't really plan to get huge, as you said, people tend to get lost in the shuffle when that happens. With the numbers we have now there's always something going on so I think it's the sweet spot for activity and still getting to know people well :)

We definitely have a need for a SCH for one of our Coil groups progressing on T4 (current SCH had work conflicts) and there may be a spot for your PLD friend on a T5 group but that would have to be discussed with the raid leader.

Thanks - unfortunately as we are husband/wife team if we can't be in the same group it's really not gonna work out :(. I mean we sit literally a meter away so we really wanted to be in the same group (it really helps with the tank/healer synergy because he can then warn me if a big hit is coming or he's getting dangerously low etc.) If you guys ever have 2 spots for us please let us know :) (btw he IS gearing up his bard if the tank spot is taken)

Seeing how I have to blacklist members of your FC shout spamming primal run sells every day, I think I will have to pass on that offer!

Nuko, I'm sorry you had to b-list some of our members. We have a pretty great community of people that were all united in trying to save enough money for an FC house. In addition to some of our folks advertising for primal sales (maybe too aggressively,) we had food and crafting drives, as well as spirit bonding teams going for 2 weeks straight.

We were able to find something for anyone who wanted to help with this goal. To us, that is what a community of players should stand for. If you are looking for community, I'd humbly ask you to look past your initial impressions and seek one of our officers out. We'd love to chat with you.
