SE, where are the positive responses/good news?

Most of what I keep reading is shut down after shut down after shut down from the Devs.

When we do receive positive replies, they're mainly on superfluous features the majority didn't even ask for or they're often utterly minor consolations (which feel like insulting appeasements for the most part, if I'm being honest).

Ex. Alchemy is garbage apart from health potions... Hvinire's paraphrased response, "intended design"... please let us see our critical value %... response, "not gonna happen"... beast-tribe mounts are way too expensive for the work we already put in... "they're collector's items"... & so on.

Idk, it's just becoming increasingly frustrating.

I was wondering the same thing. Every responses seems like either an excuse or ...working as intended. It really seems that they care very little about what the players are requesting. This is the umpteenth event that we cannot store all the items in our armoire.... how long have people been clamoring for this? There is absolutely no reason to make half the items storable and not all of them. Alchemy... same issues... ok, so they don't want to make healing pots over powered. I understand that. But how about give us some decent stat increase elixirs that last for more than 15seconds.

It is incredibly frustrating.

If threads are being closed and deleted, it's usually because either the thread has degenerated into a flame war, people are being offensive, or they are personally attacking the developers, all of which are actually violations of the terms of service. It's SE's forum, they make the rules, you have to abide by them.

As for the Armorie, that's always been a mystery why it's so limited, but I guess it's to actually force players to convert used gear to materia instead of simply storing it *shrugs*.

I don't think the OP was talking about threads being closed, but the fact that almost every reply is a verbose "No" from SE.

Second, I was specifically talking about all the event gear.... which you cannot convert or sell. I am not asking for them to allow ALL gear to be storable, but specifically the cast amount of vanity gear they continue to introduce.

Things like critical value % is not gonna happen, because it depends on if you attack from rear, flank or front, and probably other factors as well like enemy level, enemy type, ...

I really dont understand you guys acting like we really have a voice in anything SE does or any game company or any company on that matter.

I sure wish I worked as a Square-Enix rep. I could get paid to write the same sentence over and over, but with different wording.

(granted it isn't their fault, but it's still hilarious)

If SE did everything players suggested then the game would be in a pretty miserable state. They have to look at what's best for the game in the long run and what a vocal minority wants isn't always best. Sure there's some things I wish would be changed but I'm not going to get all bent out of shape over it.

And I can't get why people repeatedly bring up the armoury. You know, maybe they simply forgot to enable the gear to be put into storage when they added it to the game? Everything else prior to 2.1 was changed to allow you to store it, and I expect 2.2 will do the game.

They've answered this though, it is all storable, but only after a certain amount of time. It's to encourage people to wear it, not just get it and store it, never to be seen again.
