So, in your infinite wisdom, you decided to not have a confirmation tab to promotions, in particular when promoting someone to FC owner as owner.

I spirit bond all the time, confirmation EVERY time to convert, but yet, no confirmation to GIVE AWAY MY FC?

I mean really guys? Yes, it was my mistake, but if you have the foresight to allow passing of ownership (good idea, I get that) can we not at least have a confirmation button?

Maybe Blizzard doesn\\'t have one, I dunno.

Oh, if you couldn\\'t tell, I\\'m not very pleased with this situation. I have taken as many steps as I could to secure the FC Bank contents. This issue needs to be resolved ASAP.

I can confirm that Blizzard does not have a confirmation. I just switched to my SCH and checked for you. You're welcome.

Why did you let someone that you don't trust into your FC?

No, I was promoting a newer member from an intro/trial rank to a full member rank and accidentally gave them ownership of the FC.

Thank you sir. My members have already started the panic, we're doing as my damage control as possible. Locked down our FC Bank, etc. Sucks when it's an original FC started by me on day one, 8/16/13, with 175 members, and I'm powerless to get it back till SE contacts me...

I did this twice... I never learn ;)

Our FC is currently going through the same issue. You get a confirmation to throw away some worthless item from your inventory, but you don't get one when you accidentally promote someone to FC leader with access to millions of gil. >.<

I do agree there should be a confirmation window for important commands such as this. Preaz fix SE.

Contacted phone support. Was advised these issues are handled in-game onry. They were semi-helpful though in mentioning that harassment reports take precedence, and that I should file under that.

Day 3, still no contact in-game. My post in the tech support forums was locked and closed since this is apparently a gameplay issue, I guess since it's technically not broken. I also sent in the request under harassment.
