Increase allowances

This is a petition to SE.

The current 3 allowances every 12 hours is far too low, considering that it takes 10 allowances to level 5 levels at a time for a crafting job, so you're only able to level crafting 5 levels every 2 days. There are way too many leves in the game, such as battleleves, tradecraft, gathering. Ontop of that, I was looking through all the achievements for the leves. At the current rate, it looks to take at least a year or so to accomplish all those achievements.

My suggestion, increase the allowances to 6 every 12 hours. This seems more reasonable and offers more variety to the game and to work on achievements.

really ive never found a problem to this, it takes time to level crafters and it should, if they increase it even more it will just break the market that much more. I always just save them up till i get 70-80 of them and power level my crafters. so you wait 12 days then spend 15 hours total to max out a crafter. its really not that hard to level crafters without leves either. make sure you always craft every single item for that nice exp boost. if you do that you really only need 50-60 leves max to get to 50 reducing your time spent waiting.

Like Axlle above me I have no problems with the current frequency.
6 leves every 24 hours is more than plenty.

It's not just for leveling crafts. Have you looked at the achievements that requires so many leves done from different areas? That's the point of my thread. It would simply take way to long to get those accomplishments at the current allowance rates. This goes for battleleves too, just as well as crafting or gathering leves.

lord forbid an mmo thats supposed to have years of content would you know, have achievements that take more then a few months to achieve...

Against it. People level their crafters already now by leves and no longer by crafting different mats. This way levelling is way too easy and quick. If you save a week of leves before you start a crafter (42 leves) you prolly bring him to 50 in one day if you can HQ the leve mats.

If this was a request to increase the Leve Allowance cap of 100 to something higher, I'd support it.

But there is no need to increase the amount of Leve Allowances built up in the course of a day.

The fact the game even gives these is overkill to how easy it is.

MMOs exist for years on average, you're not supposed to max out everything in a week. You must be new to this type of game.

And with the buffs they've given to combat role leves, too, it would make going from 1-50 even more of a cakewalk (maybe even overtaking FATEs as a levelling method). At the minute at least there's still some incentive to run dungeons at low-level.

i have to say increase would be good or a change to it in some way cause of the lack of quest thier is for ur 3rd or 4th class to lvl up, i hate the fact that we are basicly forced to do fate groups,
me and my wife likes to sit back and do quest to lvl up, can't find quest anymore so i say something need to be done.

Dungeons > fates now.

Also you can buy HQ leve items for easy x2 experience. Don't even need to craft them yourself. Powerleveling is already way too easy.

Joking, right? I got my crafts from 25-40 in under 24 hours only using 9 leve alloweances. 40-50 (For weaving atleast, due to expensive mats) took 6.

tl;dr
6 / 12 hours is too much, 3 / 12 hours is more than enough

Well, think about it, if you get all your crafts up to 50, or whatever, and you get 1 battle class up to 50, there would be no quests left since you would have done them all on the first job, so for the other battle jobs, all you can do is grind fates or mindless grind dungeons to level up, 6 leves a day isn't enough to balance out the grind. Not everyone wants to keep grinding dungeons, especially those who are dps and have to wait 30+ mins for DF to popup, and there aren't many fate groups going. There are a lot of people that enjoy doing quests, leves is being a hub for quests. So, 6 leves will be gone in less than 30 min, then what? more dungeons and fate grinding. 7 other jobs just to grind from dungeons and fates is just plain boring. Game needs more quests for those other jobs grind. That's my concern once I finish getting all my crafts to 50, for I will be working on my other battle jobs.

i hardly use any leve quests at all. I used them mostly for crafting, once i finished leveling those all up to 50 i havent touched another leve quest.

How about just making it so that battle leves aren't limited can still leave crafting ones limited, its painful to level dps without the ability to spam leves I much prefer doing leves to fates I would do dungeons but queue takes forever as dps.

Also have no quests left since I did pretty much all of them while leveling

They need to lift the allotment cap completely. For the love of %@# stop artificially increasing a content's lifespan by hamstringing those who have more time available to them to play. Yes, you have the materials and know how to complete the mission. No, you cant do the mission. Why? Because you just did one. Because if you complete level 50 on (insert random class(es) here) too soon, you might go play another game and we lose your subscription fee.

How about instead of making it take longer to complete one task as your method of making me stay longer, you simply give me more things to do?
