We would like to introduce you to the <Nerdz> Free Company.

ABOUT US:
We started out as a small group dedicated to end game content. However, we decided that we need to expand a bit and have opened the FC to any late-night players that simply want to be in a community. We are an FC that is trying to build up the community for those that are only available to play late at night. It’s tough to get a primal group going or coil when there are no players to play with during these times, or even do low level dungeons; therefore we opened our FC to players of all playstyles. Our only requirement is that your active times are within our times! Overall, our goal is to keep the late-night community alive so we night owls can enjoy the game too.

In terms of end game content, we have a variety of flavors: Open raids are scheduled several days a week on our FC calendar for any and all FC members that are interested. These raids usually consist of non-lockout, farmable content, but will also include the hardest lockout content on a limited basis. The Rainbow Unicorns is our medium core raid group that currently raids two days a week and focuses half its time on farming, and the other half on progression. A Hardcore Progression Group that will focus solely on end game lockout content is currently in the recruiting stage. As more people join the FC, there is potential to create more static groups if the need arises.

What do the <Nerdz> require?

• To be active during our peak times. 9pm – 2am PST
• No level requirement
• TeamSpeak 3 for end game content. If you’re not at end game yet, this is not necessary, but feel free to join in on the conversations!
• To be friendly, fun, and laidback.

Benefits of being a Nerd:

• A pool of players that are active during our peak times.
• Guidance for the new and inexperienced players
• NEW OPEN RAIDS that are scheduled on a weekly basis for everyone in the FC!
• Experienced players for latest content such as Extreme Primals and Coil.
• Potential forming of additional static groups.
• That one guy that makes you want to hit him because of his terrible puns.

Patches Yooup is a r/l friend of mine. Good guy. Told me good things about your group. Dont be shy to speak up people, these guys have the goods.

Interesting FC. I work 40 hours a week with a long commute, so usually when I do play it's after 9. Hubby and I have no children but our life is busy enough between work, socializing, errands, etc that we can't always play consistently. We want a group that's casual enough not to mind if we can't always be there, but willing to welcome us back when we are, and help us get phat lewt when we have a bit longer to play. Folks that are fun and easy going to chat with are a plus.

I am progressing slowly through the game and like it that way (only level 25 primary right now), and don't appreciate being rushed through content or given unsolicited 'advice' on my choices when I'm training solo. Advice on how to play well in a group is fine though. I want to be helpful to my team and learn pretty fast.

Anyway just thought I'd toss that out there! I'd probably be asking to join right now if not for the name of the FC. Even if I'm not RPing I still kinda like a name that fits the setting... :)

A friend and I are looking to transfer somewhere with a late night fc to progress end game. We stopped 1-2 months ago due to no one being online late and other factors. We're looking to come back and join a server with some late night players. I have a summoner/white mage and he has a archer/warrior. We got to T5 but didn't get any attempts in yet. Are you still looking for people?

<Nerdz> is always recruiting! We have about 25 players that are active, averaging 10-15 players online during our peak times every night. Weekly events are held in an organized fashion in order to get people their kills, loot, and for funsies. A late night community that can enhance your late-night gaming experience!

We are not doing general recruitment at this time (I saw from your other post that you are still leveling). That being said, we do maintain a linkshell to support late night players of all playstyles, and you are welcome to join that. I'll look for you online, and toss you an invite to the LS when I see you.
