Autorun stopped when entering beastman daily hubs

I currently have the 3 quests to: (1) blow up explosives, (2) kill the big turtoise, (3) get keys to save the miqo'te prisoners.

I have finished all three, and on my way back to the hand-in, my autorun is canceled every time I try to enter the quest hub area. If I exit and try to enter again, I will always get stopped at that same location.

When I'm stopped, my hotbars and HUDs will fade out as if I'm entering a in-game dialog cut-scene, but then immediately fade in back again without any dialogs.

Anyone have the same thing happening?

Yep, every time in both Beastman areas.

It does that when one of your dailies requires you to borrow a mount because you have reached the end of the area where you are allowed to ride it. For some reason it is behaving as though you are still mounted, and that's what it does when it boots you off of it.

Ah I see. That makes sense. Although the mechanics itself doesn't make any sense. Just lack of development skill it seems. :3

^ This. Why is SE so sloppy? I do my dailies, and enjoy them, but seriously the tiny nagging issues with this game sometimes just make me roll my eyes. This is 2014 SE @__@ I enjoy your game but code better....

Yeah, I'm not sure why it needs to interrupt anything in order to check if you're mounted or not. The mount check is fine, but to have the mere mount check be treated like an event scene is awkward.

Playing on PS3? Never seen this on PC.

It's fairly frustrating that this seems to be the only way to dismount when you're on one of those quest mounts as well.

Happened to me but I thought I was losing my mind and hit auto run again. Weird.

right click at "mounted" buff and it dismount you anyway you want

If you play with controller just press L3 to dismount
