Needs more beard.

That is all, Hyur have someand awesome beards, but I cannot combine that with a particular an eye scar with that combination...plus beard epicness comes down to length and fullness as well, needs more options.

I also want some of the Roegadyn beard options for the Hyur. Although if memory serves me I think the devs did say that after a while, they will make all customization options (hair, beard etc) from all races available to all races. Don't remember in which live letter.

So I'm optimistic about it.

Well I've also never seen anyone throw fireballs out of their hand or cause a vortex of frozen ice to shoot out around them in real life. So I think beards are fine for a game.

They're made to mimic real life though. there's no concept of "beard" without reality so you are obviously bringing your ideas about "beard" into the game anyway. You can argue that there is nothing gross about virtual poo either but I would also prefer it to not be in the game.

Beards=/=Poor Hygiene. It is completely possible to have a beard that is just as clean as your hair after taking a shower. Heck, anyone who has a beard that refuses to clean it is doing a massive disservice to their beard, and doesn't deserve it. In short, your argument is invalid, and SE needs to bring in more beard options for characters.

Yes! More/fuller beards...and more than 1 midlander face that doesn't look like a 12 year old boy (the 1 we have just looks plain goofy).

Yeah, we need more facial hair features, not only beards XD. Need something like longer and wider sideburns.

I live a few miles away from Portland. I can safely say that Portlanders with giant beards are going to be more filthy than anyone else with a giant beard, mainly because they're the scum of Oregon's population.

Like it was said eailer beards do not equal bad hygiene. Not taking baths, and washing hair (beard inlcuded) is bad hygiene. Its amazing what shampoo and water can do for a beard.

A million times over. Sure a lot of guys with beards have bad hygiene, but that has to do with they themselves... NOT the fact that they have a beard.

I have a long goatee that I always keep washed and conditioned. It's super soft and my fiance loves it, and plenty of compliments from other ladies for that matter. ;)

why can't we have hygenic and unhygenic beard models? Why would I care if you don't like them, that
just means its an option you arent going to use. But if some one else wants to thats fine. You cant walk
up to another char and smell them, and if you can you might wanna clean your monitor.

Beards are great, and they fit with fantasy easily.

Hygiene? If we cared for hygiene we wouldn't adventuring D: Think of all the infections we could get!

On a serious node, we don't necessarily need ridiculously long beards, but more facial hair options would be more than welcome than have a few hair on your chin and a teenager moustache.

More beards, and more moustaches! I add my like to your OP EASILY!

It's hard to believe that characters set in this era wouldn't have more facial hair, or at least sexy stubble, so it shouldn't be too far off the map to actually have more/better beard options!

Agreed! More facial hair. I switched from midlander to highlander and this facial hair played a big part in the decision! When I made my midlander I was sad at the choices, and went with nothing since they were a bit scary looking. We need more burly awesomeness options.

Yes, please! I hate that the beards can only be used for different faces. The guy above me (Traek) has a decent beard, and is the same race, but a different face. I can't have that beard. I can only have a goatee, and big porkchop sideburns that look ridiculous. Why can't I at least have access to all highlander beards? More beards please!

Seriously. We need more beard options. The Highlander face I picked and like has the worst beard option of the Highlander male faces, and even still most of them are "meh." These are Viking/Norsemen and the beard options are pathetic? How does that even happen? All you have to do is google "Viking" and you will see one of the main traits is a kick ass beard. Long, braided, and beautiful. Seriously is something I would like to see added/expanded on because the selection now is awful. I don't care about "hipster trends" and crap, I just want my viking inspired character to look like one. I'm all for good beard options!

Having a giant beard in no way means you have poor hygiene. In no way does having that beard limit you from shampooing it everyday when you shower.

I would not mind having a long, thin, kung-fu master like beard, with super bushy eyebrows!
