ARC stat allocation for SCH and SMN

I wasn't sure whether to put this in the DPS thread or the healing thread, so I just stuck it here. With that being said, is there any way that the stat allocation for SMN and SCH could be separated? My main job is SCH so I put the 30 stat points into MND. However, I also like to play SMN since it's really my only DPS class with some gear. Is there any way that the stat allocation for both jobs could be separated so that the stats of one don't have to be sacrificed for the other? Yes, I know I could put 15 into INT and 15 into MND but I just feel that's crippling both jobs instead of just one. Maybe the ARC stats could be reset every time you equip the SMN or SCH soul so that you could allocate them for the job you're playing at the time? Any other thoughts?

30 int. DPS always needs more DPS, but SCH/WHM don't always need more healing. You can work around 30 less MND by healing more often, you can't work around having 30 less int, you simply can't make up for the lost potential. Either that, or find a different DPS class to play.

Summary:
This is the "penalty" for not having to level up 2 classes.
Square has addressed it and said that it is intended and that other classes will have to deal with the same issue once there are 2 jobs available for other classes.

You can deal with it in several ways:
1) Farm a bunch of stat reset tomes.
2) Put 15 in MND/INT to lessen the blow when you switch.
3) Put your points into other stats that both SCH and SMN can benefit from like PIE/VIT.

15/15 isn't exactly crippling Arcanist jobs. I know plenty of endgame scholars use 15 mind 15 vit for T5 and they come out great, so why not do Int over vit?

That's my rationale as well. Healing is limited by the amount of damage being taken, and there are ways of mitigating/healing damage that aren't tied to your primary stat. DPS is just that, damage per second.

Was the other thread not good enough for you?

There are many, myself included, that have tested it and the increase in healing with 30MND is much more notable than any DPS increase with 30INT. 30 less MND or 30 less INT will not break either job or make you gimp in anyway, it will just make you not maximizing. However, I just put everything in VIT for the HP boost so I don't have to use melded Accessories for the HP I need in higher level content.

Of course it does.

You give 30 intel to the arcanist => both SCH and SMN have +30 intel.
