Tome cap 450

Seems like all I do is log in do a daily DF Roulette for 70 to 90 tomes then log out .

Probably another 4 weeks of that and I will have full i90 armor .

Then what ?

Set your own goals and tackle content at any pace that's comfortable to you?

Then go Wolf's Den and kick people's butt or get your butt kicked lol

maybe do coil, ct, extreme primals, ultima hm, pvp?

People complain about Myth cap being too low when it was 300. Now people complain about gearing up too quickly now that Myth cap has increase to 450. What's next?

And by the way, most Allagan gears are better BiS than full Myths.

Then come to the forums and let everyone know that you've conquered this game and there's nothing left for you to do.

Do it again for another job.

Tome 450 is only high if you have 1 job at lvl 50. FFXIV is designed for player to have multiple jobs. Thus tomes at 450 is low. Especially with all those weekly lock out in near all end game content.

FFXIV has the capability to play multiple job on 1 character.

But the game design is based on 1 job per character.

This use to be the argument before ARR. This is designed for alts currently.

if all you do is cap, you dont enjoy the content and the process of capping, you should quit

Am I the only one who enjoys being caught up in an MMO and getting a month or so breather to continue to play periodically while also playing other games?

Actually this is good advice .

I've done everything , got 4 relics .

PvP isn't fun for me so not doing that. Crafting was boring after 20 levels and end game crafting is useless .

Therefore its time to quit :(

working as intended, this game is catered to the more casual gamer (not a bad thing). There is nothing in this game that takes more than an hour a day to accomplish.

I will also offer the same suggestions as others here.

Just quit the game. In a year or two, come back, maybe SE will have a more unified and fulfilling end game.

Cant see myself coming back . There are other games on the horizon and having played MMO's for 20 years I've always been disappointed when I go back to them only to find they are still catering to the mcdonalds type people.

I've found I enjoy this game a lot more now that I've decided I don't care about capping mythology on either of my characters every week. In the normal course of playing I can get 2-300 a week and that suits me fine.

Fish, gather, craft...do achievements...etc?
Collect all the relic i90 weapons because you can.
Collect all the allagan i95 weapons because you can.

I have also played mmo for longtime to be honestly XIV has offered more social game then most out there.
My friends and my game community play this game casual and we all have good time. You should try it out ur self and seak a great guild and play with them and you see its not so bad idea.

Even if new mmo coming soon trust me they will have same issue. Everything is good 1 2 month then its back to looking for new mmo.
