Titan ex- 1 more issue

Greetings. Today I was on Titan-ex, Titan dropped round bombs and then we "killed" heart. Titan jumped, landed and at the same time while he casted his mass AoE bombs began to blow. THe ussue is- the bombs made too big pause before they began to blow. The pause usually much more shorter. If anyone knows another Titan-ex bugs- write here, please. Thank you

Doesn't seem like a bug to me. That always happens. Bombs shouldn't do any damage to you. Not sure if I see the issue here?

The bomb explosion is the same, just remember that normally during heart phase, after he drop the bomb he will landslide, but since you kill his heart right after bomb drop there is no landslide but that doesn't means the bomb will explode earlier. So the pause is not shorter, but because there is no landslide it just felt shorter.

Didnt you read the 1st message?
1) Bombs made damage
2) The pause before bombs blowed was much longer then usual pause before bombs blast

You lagged, so your computer received information about the bombs blowing up late, or the server lagged, which held up the boss script. Not really a bug.

I dont care what was that. That was wrong and that must be fixed

I consistently have lag on this fight. I've about given up on it. I can get to the big fights, but the latency and lag makes a fun encounter a load of crap.

Well we should not ignore this guy completely. Im sure many of you have been in AK when repel take effect 5s after demon wall does it. Im not saying this has to be the same but i find it odd if it could only happen to DW.

Ninix was saying that it was caused by lag from your computer and/or ISP or SE's Instance servers. If it was your computer/ISP, it's not something that SE can Fix. If it was caused by SE's server the only advice I can give you is not to do it during peak hours in hope of getting less lag.

That´s not a bug, you got lags, and if no one had lags then this pt was bad and couldnt dodge bombs. Close thread. It´s a useless one

I was in Teamspeak with players of that raid and they sad they had the same- long pause before bombs's blast. Different players had same lag in the same point of time? Dont be funny, please

And what about other issues?
1)Titan begin to stomp, then he destroyed (going to the next phase), but after he destroyed he continues to stomp and only after that jumps to the "sky". Issue? Issue, because he musnt continue to stomp, if he destroyed
2) The same issue with the Landslide

Many boss encounters in this game are structured to continue to fire a current ability script before moving on to the next part of the script; Titan's abilities will resolve with overlap with the next ability. This is a known aspect of game mechanics and can easily be planned around or adapted to in most cases. I have never personally encountered the exact issue you initially described, but with the extreme primals, you can: 1) do less or more DPS to change the timing; 2) dodge the current ability while preparing for the next one if there's overlap.

It's important to remember that your character's hitbox is much, much smaller than your character model indicates and that you can run into the animations of Landslides, bombs' Bursts, etc., after the ability has fired.

i think i was with you in that group i remember seeing you die and say "bug" or something, idk seemed you only died, looks like you lagged then, happens, and titan one place where you cant afford to lag in. I havnt observed any of those bugs, everything seemed fine, unless i lag then thats another matter. Btw, didnt realise everyone was on ts.

This bombs issue happens every time, if thing gonna match. Maybe was with you on some of such raid.
And another issue- sometime Titan kills monks by his blast ofter heart phase. Full HP 4000+, no death debuff

did you have BfB on? if not then no idea, my friend BLM 3.9ish HP never die from the blast unless he got debuff

No. Im sure. Plus in the last such issue I died with another monk. Everyone survive, but only died 2 monks- me and another players. We had full HP and no death debaff Im sure, because I always monitoring the party list. And once I died in the same way after 2nd phase (next heart). I dodnt know what is this, this is rare to happen, but it happens. I dont know what to think

I'm a monk and I have never experienced lag or any bugs on this fight and I have farmed all my jewelry for all my classes already. I never have lag in this game, unless I'm downloading something in the background. Never complained about mechanics because thats how the fight is...slow your dps and kill heart AFTER bombs/landslide. You have more than enough time.

Or increase your dps and skip bombs completely for the end of heart phase.

Where were you guys standing when he does his massive AOE? Normally when he does his Massive AOE, circle bombs are on the field; you have to get out of the middle right away since the blast radius for the bombs are a lot bigger then the HM version. You guys might have been standing on the bombs.

If you trigger 'long' rotations right before he jumps, you'll have to deal with that in the next phase... sort of like how if you trigger jails and then he immediately jumps, you'll need to break those jails in the next phase, too. It's best to get the timing down and memorize when everything is happening so you don't have to deal with annoying rotations during transitions.

As far as 'glitches' or 'bugs'... I have seen a few, usually graphical problems. He'll jump and won't actually jump, but instead 'appear' in the center for a few seconds before hitting the ground for Geocrush. Bombs won't show the explosion animation, but will instead just 'disappear' after having exploded (damage still goes off but you don't see the explosions -- it messes with your head). In Titan hard, I've seen the landslide that happens after bombs drop just NEVER go off. It messes with you when you are waiting for landslide to target so you can move into a safe area. I don't think there are many serious mechanical issues about the fight, unless we are talking about all the lag/DCs people have been dealing with.

Im and another monk were standing with other players on the edge of location. We died- another 6 players didnt. I know this sounds idiotic, but that happened. And from the time a began to go to Titan ex I died in that way aprox. 3 times

Another 2 issues with Landslide
1) On heart phase, when Titan drooped round of bombs, he didnt make landslide. So, the picture was- bombs, tremor, plumes, which appeared while bombs were still lying
2) On the last phase, when Titan drooped two crosses of bombs, he didnt made Landslide

step up your dps.
