Chocobo Suit: Where?!

I've been wanting this to go with my mask since I first saw the video that showcased it a month or so back. :< I'm hoping someone might've heard something about it.

It might be like the Bluebird from previous patches. There, but not in the game until a later patch. I'm hoping that isn't the case, but who knows!

Old achievement reward from 1.0/Beta like chocobo mask no ?

My understand is that you cannot get this.

Nope! It was showcased during a recent'ish Tour of Eorzea video. The mask was from 1.0 Behest achievements, though, yes.

Chocobo caravan achievement

Based on the trailer, it might be a Sylph daily and then possibly a reward for Rank 5 or w/e.

Anyone else think that the one achievement item you can't get now being the chocobo mask is just plain ridiculous? They even made the luminary tools still available, but no chocobo mask.

Maybe some sort of Easter-timed event reward?

I thought for sure it would have been a part of this new years week event, since the poster for the event had a dragoon with the horse helmet and another person in full choco garb.

In FFXI they gave out a similar item in the login campaign. Maybe FFXIV will start having login campaigns and we'll get it from that. :p

I hope it'll be like the FFXI version and not show tails through it, since they look like poop in the reindeer costume.

I'm guessing it will be easter-related. But who knows.
