Cape Westwind no pop

waiting in que for over 2h and still no pop!!! anyone else up to this quest?
600K subscribers and there's no sign of 7ppl who need to do this as well??? what the hell man...

This instance has to be made Solo!
I'm by far not a solo player, but this instance is simply missdone without any loot to attract people. And the difficulty is not to mention too.

Make it soloable. Quick and dirty!

Try clicking in duty finder so that it searches across all the languages. By default, it'll only do whatever language you have set to your UI. Setting it across all 4 greatly enhances your chance of getting a group in a timely manner.

I'm having a hard time finding people to do this fight and I even shouted for people to check party finder. -.- and most of my fc are either to low leveled or have not gotten that far in the main story. T.T and I know nothing good will come from using df since everyone wants to blow through the story wanting to skip cs.

Note quite spoilers the first CS is about 2 minutes, anyone willing to df this won't mind that extra time in comparison to the wait to queue. That said roulette was supposed to fix issues like this, so why does it not prioritize distribution to the under served instances? Ball was dropped on this one I think.

You can go in with a premade group, i did it yesterday actually. It is by no means a solo quest.
We were short a few members so out tank just posted on party finder and it was not overly long of a wait. Perhaps your server is not very populated?

Make sure you select all languages. It might help. I know it did for me. I sat in the DF for over three hours with my friend. Didn't realize you can select different languages and after I did was like 20 minutes lol

Sitted there 50 min as paladin while tried to help friends :O

kudos to the guys who suggested to select all languages. chose all, que time was like 10min (for a healer) finished cape westwind and the next 2 8man dungeons lol
